This pino gelato cafe is phenomenal. Blue monster ice cream recommend and the chocolate ice cream. Plus the Cubano sandwich 🥪 yummy

My husband and I are from Michigan, in Destin for the Winter. We decided to check out the outlet mall it was lunchtime when we were walking by Pino Gelato so we stopped in. It was a random first stop but won’t be our last. The minute we walked in we were greeted by a young lady with a beautiful friendly smile. The food, dessert and customer service were all amazing. We both had the Cuban sandwich which was delicious. Then my husband had the gelato and I had sorbet for dessert. While we were outside eating our dessert the owner came out and brought us a coconut macaroon to try that also was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you haven’t tried it. You need to…you won’t be sorry.

What an absolute treat! We were hesitant to stop for a quick bite but what a surprise! Our sandwiches (Tuscany) were incredible. The focaccia was delicious and is from an Italian bakery in Ft. Walton. The gelato is made fresh from an Italian family who came to the United States. It's all quality, authentic, and delicious. The owner was so kind to my friend and I and brought samples of their delightful chicken salad as well as a sample of the coconut macaroon. I can't wait to return with every guest who comes to visit!

Had a great time visiting while on vacation. The chicken salad sandwich was very delicious! We absolutely loved the Gelato. The service was great. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again.

The portions here are very generous! The gelato flavors of coconut, pistachio, mango, and tiramisu must have been made from those very things, and the service was so nice!

Quick bite hit the spot while power shopping in Destin. Wish we had tried the Gelato!
Had Muffaleto, sis had Ham and cheese croissant. Very good.

Stayed in line for a couple of minutes for the employees to tell me their kitchen is closed and they don’t have enough employees, only 2 employees, not enough to handle the kitchen. Ended up buying a tea and a muffin instead of a salad because I was starving but don’t think it’s fair for the customers not to be informed the kitchen is closed. Put a sign or inform them when they walk in, not just when they are ready to order. And the line had only 4 people, I don’t think the owner needs 2 employees just to make coffee or serve ice cream, unless you get a lot of customers like at Starbucks. One in the kitchen to make a sandwich or a salad and the other one to make coffee should be enough. I just want to make the owner aware of this situation not just customers, after I ordered my tea the employees were talking and laughing, sorry these are not hard workers.

Super friendly staff! Delicious gelato! Get the Affogado! It’s espresso and two scoops of gelato topped with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle. So delicious! My new favorite treat!

Apparently this place closes whenever they want. On google says open till 8 and on Apple Maps says 9 it was 7:23 the worker was still present just standing doing nothing looking at us shaking their head as we tried to open the door.

Quick service and I had the best tuna melt of my life at this place! Not a fan of gelato but the sandwiches are amazing!
