Whit's Frozen Custard

such a great sweet spot in DeLand. it's all frozen custard and there are lots of fun, unique flavors to choose from. i've tried several and they're all so good- they change around so keep in mind the flavor combinations you really like so you can create your own. there are also ice cream sandwiches! there's plenty of seating inside along with a couple tables outside. they sell some brand merchandise that you can buy right in the store too. the staff is super friendly and are happy to give samples of whatever flavors you want to try! definitely recommend if you're looking for a frozen treat on a hot Florida day!

Excellent service skills. And the nicest people are here. My husband got a vanilla malt, he's simple, and states it was the best he's had. My son and I got banana splits, and we both agreed that it's so good. I'm definitely coming back

The nicest folks around... The custard, scrumptious... I had a black raspberry dark chocolate chip custard on a chocolate nut dipped cone... Super delicious and it's all made fresh daily... So much better than ice cream by far... You can get shakes, sundaes, banana splits, custard cream sandwiches etc... Go check it out it is truly worth it..every lick and every bite... To the very last drop... FABULOUS!!

2nd time here and absolutely love it! Both times I have tried there weekly specialty and was not disappointed! In fact it was so good I was only here for a friend because I had ice cream earlier and still ended up having a mini which is like having a small in some other places 🙈😭 definitely worth checking out. Found this gem through a friend and I will tell.everyone I know lol.

This custard is sooooooo good. We happened to walk by and decided to stop. Best decision we made all day!! I am so glad that I found this place. My gluten allergy usually limits my choices, but I had plenty to choose from and really enjoyed it!!

Such a cute spot , perfect for a Sunday date ! Staff was so friendly! We have never been here before and she explained everything for us ! They also have cute coloring pages for the kids and even cute desks and crayons so the kiddos can color and hang it on the wall ! Definitely will be back !!

Without a doubt, a stellar place in DeLand. The custard here is just so hard to beat and there's still a bunch of menu items I have yet to try. My personal favorite has to be the strawberry shortcake, it's got legit cake and berries and whipped cream and is just absolutely delicious. There's something for everyone and the prices aren't terrible. Definitely a spot I recommend.

Great place for a cold treat. Welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of varieties to choose from. Grab it to go or stay and enjoy. A place I'd recommend giving a try.

Cute little ice cream shop - with authentic frozen custard. It's not easy to find frozen custard here in Florida (I am a former New England resident). It isn't soft serve, but the churned style is still velvety-soft and decadently sweet.

Wonderful little shop, wonderful custard. I love coming here particularly on Sundays. The banana pudding Whitser is a winner for sure. The only bad experience I’ve had here is with a tall, pale boy with glasses at the counter, he was rather rude. Excited for my next visit as always.
