Nice little strip mall diner. We went close to closing (they locked up behind us). We both had one of the breakfast meals and although end of the day, the food was just right!
Recommend this place.

Great place, moved to the area 3yrs ago it was the first place we went for breakfast and have been going ever since.

,I have been to the Koffee Lip a few times. On our most recent visit, there were 16 in our party. The servers were very attentive and managed to provide us with seperate checks without errors. Of course Don's biscuits were fabulous.

OMG.....!!!! I am from Texas and me and my boyfriend have NEVER EVER tasted food like this! It was amazing I am so glad the Mexican restaurant across the way was closed lol. I will be going back to Daytona and I will certainly eat there again!!

The food is good. The service is mediocre at best( I had to get up to get a refill of my drink). The price is about what everyone else is.

I've been eating here for over 30 yrs! Absolutely fabulous Food, good prices and great service! Betty/Server is the BEST and been there forever! Highly recommend this diner!

Nice family restaurant. Very good food. friendly staff. Highly recommend if you want to try something new while visiting instead of a franchise

Biscuits and gravy was awesome. I've eaten here a couple dozen times over the years and never had a bad experience.

I come here every once in a while with my boyfriend and every time the food comes out exactly as we order it, even if it's an odd order. Everyone there is very kind, the atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious.
