We came here months ago, and I should have written a review then but I just didn’t get around to it. The atmosphere is nice and so are the baristas, however I was pretty upset when I ordered a cold brew and it seemed to be taking longer than it should have. Sure enough when they handed it to me it looked too dark to be a cold brew. My suspicions were confirmed when I sipped it: iced Americano. I get that they were probably out of cold brew and the cashier didn’t know that before accepting my order, but I was still pretty insulted that they assumed the customer won’t know the difference. They should have asked me what i wanted instead. I don’t drink cold brew for the caffeine, I drink it for the taste and the fact it doesn’t give me violent heartburn (unlike espresso.) i should have said something but i don’t like confrontation. Instead i suffered with the heartburn and taste and have not been back since.

I was a barista for two years. You don’t just give someone a substitute of what they ordered without asking.

Nice little coffee spot, real cozy on the inside, a bit hectic and the wait time to order was longer than expected but the iced latte I got was phenomenal

Awesome small business coffee shop, great staff and great coffee. We usually go later in the day during the week and the staff is always great. They do run out of bakery items by that time, so just remember if you go to get a specific bakery item late, it might not be there, but they will for have something else to satisfy your taste.

We loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious! We ordered the jalapeno bacon grilledg cheese and casbah club paninis. We will definitely be back when we're in the area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with the menu. I would recommend stopping by and checking this place out if you're in the area.

A fantastic local coffee company with unique drinks and a bakery case to die for. Their sandwiches are delicious savory options.
I'm quite grateful such wonderful place that cares about its community as well, hosting many events for musicians, artists, trivia buffs, and local groups. :)
I'd pick Casbah over a chain shop any day of the week.

Very warm and welcoming staff members. The coffee was ok, I was slightly concerned when the 'Barista' didn't know what a flat white was when I asked if they did them as I could not see it on the menu. The atmosphere was good, it was nice and relaxing.

I go here to eat all the time. Aside from the great sandwiches and coffee (I prefer the jalapeño bacon grilled cheese) there's a cozy atmosphere, and an awesome community of people. What is most fun about visiting Casbah are the events they have, open mic night twice a month, wine tastings, gallery nights. It's an awesome way to bring the community together and provide great entertainment and great food. One of my favorite places to eat/get coffee!

Definitely worth heading a bit off the interstate! The chai tea latte was excellent. My husband enjoyed a cold brew white mocha. We shared a smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel with a cup of potato soup. My daughter inhaled a double chocolate muffin. We left no evidence on our plates & would have tried more if we had any room. Fast friendly service, comfy, & clean too.

I am still flaunting my pictures oh my coffee. I happened to be passing by on the way from a trip just to find local coffee shops rather than franchises and I will be making it a point to visit each time I am on the way to or from the beach again. It was the best latte I have had out of countless coffee shops in South!

Delicious coffee, great food and a great vibe. We don't have very many places to get quality coffee in Crestview so when I learned about Casbah I knew I had to go. My husband and I prefer it over large-chain coffee places because these people care about small town living and the people in the community. I highly recommend this place, especially to anyone just driving through town. You won't regret it!
