Their not bad. A small privately owned coffee place. They didn't have much left in their bakery when I got there, but it was a lunch rush so that's to be expected. It had a nice warm atmosphere, made me wanna take a seat but I had to be on my way, I got my usual coffee house order, a vanilla cappuccino. Great foam in it. Very smooth and silky. The wait wasn't long either. Just a few minutes. The manager I spoke to briefly. He seemed like a friendly guy. Definately the right attitude to keep people positive in work and as a customer.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. I had a ham and cheese croissant and it was incredible. Like I'm going to lay in bed in Phoenix dreaming about that croissant and lamenting the 1700 miles between us. Very cozy and fun ambience.
My only criticism is that the menu board is nigh unreadable.

Very good coffee and baked goods.
Service was very good and staff friendly.
It's not cheap but so much better compared to Starbucks.
Still great. Got some hot sandwiches today and let me tell you. The Bacan Jalapeño sandwiche was great.
Service was excellent as always

A year or two ago I would’ve given this coffee shop 5 stars without a doubt. Lately it just has not been the same. Staff seems kind of stagnant and tired. Doesn’t have that warm cozy feeling like it used to have. Specialty coffees are like drinking syrup, coffee is bitter, pastries are limited.
We’ve found ourselves going to the bakery down the street. Hopefully they get their fire back and bring this coffee shop back to life.

I have yet to have anything here I didn't like. The coffee is amazing, the food is simple yet delicious, and the staff are awesome. Definitely recommend the chocolate covered espresso beans.

Update: The muffins and Sumatra coffee that we brought home from there were delicious and the Sumatra coffee was worth the visit for certain. So I’m adding another star.
We were looking for a place to stop and enjoy while traveling. This place certainly has potential. But it’s seriously lacking that spark. We went there for soup and sandwiches and good coffee. They apparently do not serve soup on Saturday so that was a bummer. The food is tasty but really quite sugary. The cinnamon roll bread pudding was really just a cinnamon roll. The almond chia was not made with almond milk, my mistake. But the customer service was what got me. They were all friendly. But after we ordered we were given a number and told it would be brought out to us. After a bit another guy came around to our table and said our stuff was ready and on the counter. We went to get it. It was just the pastries. They said the drinks weren’t ready or the food. Eventually the other food arrived to our table and we thought to go back to counter and yes, there sat our drinks. Then we realized we needed silverware and napkins. The little plastic fork was short and sharp on the end. We ended up ordering a chia that was actually made with almond milk. We waited some time for that and when I asked if it was ready a guy said oh, it looks like he started it and left it. I told him never mind.

Nicely restored downtown historic building serving fresh roasted coffees and baked goods. Will definitely try a lunch sandwich nest time.

The staff was really nice to me. I asked for a coffee and breakfast sandwich recommendation. Both options they suggested were delicious! Thank you.
