Coffee is good, but if the owner has time to post an entire sob story letter on the door about how inflation is affecting their business, then they should also have time to make sure their business hours are posted correctly on Google, where they could get more business IF the hours were posted correctly. I went ahead and made a suggestion to fix it. But after seeing that cringe message on the door yesterday, I will not be giving these people my business anymore. I cannot wait to see what cringe response they post for this as I see it is a habit of theirs. What a horrible way to run a business.

I started going to Lady and the Mug a few years ago because my friends kept saying how amazing their coffee is, how beautiful the shop is, and how friendly the staff members are. I haven’t stopped going or recommending my family members, friends, and coworkers here because my friends were right. They also have a drink of the month that is so unique and delicious that you won’t find at other coffee shops, so I don’t even try to look elsewhere. Support your local business while enjoying a cup of your favorite coffee for any occasion whether it’s on-the-go, you’re hanging out with your loved ones, studying for a test, reading your favorite book, or completing tasks for work.

If service animals are not allowed “inside” the cafe, you should have a sign posted in clear view and the owner should be told this BEFORE payment is made. I visited yesterday with my service dog in a service animal harness with valid verification and was told AFTER I ordered, paid and received my items that we could not dine inside. On top of this, many items including half and half, caramel and vanilla syrup (all very commonly used items) were out of stock and not mentioned in the written menu board. It was 10:00 am. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Adorable coffee shop with a solid selection of drinks, pastries, and snacks. They have your standard coffee shop fare and plenty of unique options too!

I have been a customer of The Lady and the Mug for some time now and I really love this place and the coffee! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I just wish they hadn’t changed their pastries and sandwiches. I’m not a huge fan of the new stuff, I feel like the quality and taste of the previous bakery items was so much better and definitely worth the money. I still come here often but usually only for coffee and then I have to go somewhere else for breakfast. I still love it here and will continue to be a customer!

Super cute coffee shop. I love the atmosphere and the funky decor and of course the famous swing inside. Even outside is very relaxed and very clean.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Small, locally owned, unreal coffee creations. Great place to grab something to go or stay awhile outside or inside to read, answer emails.
