HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
As I was ordering my food, I mentioned I’m allergic to dairy. The cashier suggested to get a chai latte which I later find out when I get an allergic reaction that it has milk in the powder.
I asked if I can please get my money back and the “supervisor” said she would text the owner. I explain to this supervisor the situation and claims she can’t refund the food and drink I CANNOT eat due to the dairy.
Clearly the only thing that matters most to this business is their money and not the experience or well being of their clients.
I WILL NOT GO BACK & WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD!

I visited the place toady, I am very dispointed . I ordered a goat chase and feta empanadas, when I started eating it , I surprised it was full of squash which was not written in the board. What made me felt even worse , when the staff refused to exchange it for me with any other kind of empanadas, they said we have a policy no exchange or refund for food, but what is the case when it is not the customer fault. Any way I left the place hungry and really really dispointed.

I ordered their vegan bacon burrito on Uber eats. I paid 8 dollars for a tiny bean burrito, no vegan bacon. Over priced and underwhelming…

Stopped in with the wife and had the pumpkin spice latte 👌🔥.. nice little coffee shop.

I was a hostess for a restaurant before and we NEVER kicked people out even if it was past closing time if the guest was already inside. That is so rude to tell people you are closed and that they have to leave. What kind of customer service is that? Times have definitely changed

Not sure why it took me so long to
Get here but boy, I think it’s the best iced latte in town!!!! Such a cute, cozy, and clean little spot. I love supporting local and I don’t mind paying more for quality! Plus, for
Everyone complaining about “inflation” these shops have zero control over it!! There is no reason to bash a small business over it as we know struggle just to stay open. Another plus was I was able to work as well. Keep up the great work!!!

Super friendly staff, their pumpkin spice latte (humble pie latte) was high quality, not too sweet, and had a great flavor, and about average prices.
The cute and comfy interior was a lot of fun and all the staff was friendly.
This seemed like a great place to stop by or a fine place to sit down and work.

I was really excited to try this place but it was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The coffee was OK at best. But do yourself a favor, steer clear of ordering any of the previously-frozen food options they serve (I should have followed my gut when I saw the lack luster food presentation on the counter). The food was such an embarrassment that it’s certainly taken from the possibility to even remember if the coffee was worth revisiting for. I wouldn’t go back. PS- my iced coffee had 4 ice cubes in it..but the flavor was decent.

Response to owner’s response: the sandwich was not edible and we were told it was ready when it was on the counter. A black piece of cheese and dried up meat shouldn’t have ever even made it to the counter never mind the need to ask if we’d like a new one.
The tamale was literally empty. Absolutely empty with 3 black beans (if I was lucky). No reason to return. And the owners response definitely sealed that deal. Happily trying new places in the area! Skip this place and try the next. You won’t miss it.
