Café Demetrio

I have had this place in my list for years and we finally went to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

We parked right in front of the entrance and paid with the pay by phone app. As soon we got in, they took us outside where we requested to seat.

Because of the pandemic we prefer to sit outside and it was wonderful. The service was great and the menu was amazing
They had so much things on their menu that I wanna go back and have more.

The breakfast that my daughter had was very good but the coffee we both had were phenomenal. I’m definitely going back to enjoy the rest of the menu and more of their amazing coffee. Another thing I liked was the service as I said before and also the prices were reasonable.

Lovely place, and extraordinary coffee…. But honestly I wouldn’t order food again, it was served cold, and almost had no taste.

I visited Cafe Demetrio in Coral Gables many years ago. Today (Jan 21, 2017) I had my sights on a Pancake breakfast from Green Gables Cafe across the street from Demetrio's. But I failed to observe operating hours and found the place closed.

Nevertheless, since I was there already I figured that giving Demetrio's another try was the logical alternative. Found and ordered the French Toast in the menu, and although not impressed felt that at least I gave it a shot!

Nice Cafe, but not impressed with food or coffee. Maybe for having a talk or a quick meeting is ok.

I would visit again, there has to be something worthwhile in Demetrio's for a Vegetarian that likes other alternatives like Coconut Milk alternatives etc.

18 years coming to this charming coffee place in the city of Coral Gables . Coffee is exquisite and the terrace with the big tree is a big complement, seat and relax because it' feel like you are not in Miami . Good pastries too. If you are in coral gables you must go . Good wifi signal and good servers.

Nice place, the girl who was at the cashier not organized or maybe they should add more people. The egg with spinach flavorless, cappuccino was good but they shouldn’t add cinnamon without asking. Owner was very friendly

Amazing coffee and even better food. Wish someone told me about this place months ago! The best for breakfast and lunch!

French Toast Sliders were delicious, and so was their cinnamon toast latte!
