Cumberland Farms

This Cumberland farms has awesome customer service. The staff there is very outgoing and really in tune to what's happening. Have good conversation with the people in my community I love that all it takes is one person to make someone day better. And they made mine better

I gave 2 stars only because the store is clean and organized nicely. The customer service on the other hand is much different. Waited in line for about 10 min at a quarter past 11pm even shouted hello a few times but still no service. Almost called the sheriff's office for a well check until I seen the guy peeking through the cigarette rack seemingly waiting for me to get tired of waiting and leave. Like really that's the type of business you do. No worries I'm a local, I'll just stick to my usual gas station. They are friendly and actually deserve my money.

Clean store, helpful and friendly people. Can't ask for much more from a convenience store eh!

No water in windshield washer tray.
No paper towel in windshield washer dispenser.
No toilet paper in men's room.

Veronica at the front was amazing and helpful. She was patient with a regular customer with mental health issues, she handled him with love, understanding and care and like family. She is freaking AWESOME !!

Every time I come here Marci the cashier is super friendly and always gives a warm greeting. It's wonderful employees like her that are the cornerstone to any successful business and I hope that the upper management of Cumberland Farms recognizes her for the warm and upbeat vibes that she brings to work with her.

A skimmer had been used at the CF store at 4560 S. Washington Ave. Titusville, FL, which, by indication, means other CF stores do not check for them. There, someone used my card for almost $100. in store merchandise. Luckily, I'd noticed in time and called my card service who will refund the money. Stay away from this chain until they ensure they care about your hard earned money. Learn from others with best practices like the Circle K/Shell in Christmas, FL, who checks for skimmers at least once per day; even at night. I know as I bought gas there often. There is a Shell store in Titusville on Hopkins (across from another CF stores).

Very clean, Cierra helped me check out. Manager always pleasant. Offered to pump gas for me since I am disabled.
