It's like a Starbucks with beer, plus the menu of a local diner. Great, clean atmosphere👍👍👍 Café con leche was on point. Staff were very friendly and helpful...and they serve breakfast all day! Definitely worth a visit! (Note: Parking is sparse on CC Pkwy. It's best to park behind Iguana Mia and take the breezeway.)

This place has great coffee and food, fairly priced. They have a nice shaded outside area that's great for hanging out and talking. The staff is friendly as well.

Perk & Brew is such a great addition to Cape Coral! The cafe is a cute spot for low-key coffee/tea and breakfast or lunch with family and friends. My boyfriend and I especially like stopping by for a beer or wine and appetizer in the late afternoon. I especially like that have veggie-friendly options. The owners are passionate and down to earth and truly care about enhancing the dining and activity offerings in the Cape. Cheers!

This place has a amazing atmosphere great people behind the counter. Service is great as well as the food. Definitely will be coming back again. Recommend perk an brew to everyone

Super friendly staff and excellent food!

Very cute place! A bit hard to make since it's on a main Street but don't let that scare you from trying this place out. It's open, friendly, and had lots of food and coffee choices. Reasonably priced for a local coffee shop as well.

My wife and I are making our way through the many coffee shops of Cape Coral and this is by far one of our fav's. Nikki was running the show that day, a talented barista, who was very welcoming. We didn't stop in for food (this time) but grabbed a homemade chocolate chip cookie a perfect compliment to my extra dirty chia! We're looking forward to our next visit already!

Delicious!! LOVE the girls (and guy) that work at/own this place!!! Vegan options for my bestie! A BUNCH of other options for me!! ALWAYS fresh!! Made to order! Patio seating so bring your muts (they'll even bring out a water bowl for your pooch ❤)! Try the zucchini muffins (they are to die for)!! Just go! You'll love it!!
