I love this place. The food is excellent and fresh, the coffee is tasty, and the staff is super nice. I have been a handful of times and will be back! I only wish they were open longer!

Let me preface this by saying I almost didn't post this because it's one of my favorite spots and I didn't want it to get too busy for me to enjoy!
Excellent atmosphere, staff is attentive and friendly. The drinks are delicious and made right there by hand, even the iced tea is just...good. Biscuits and gravy here are always my go to but everything I have tried has been amazing, especially at these prices.

Decent place if you’re looking for a friendly, non-chain vibe for light fare and coffee. Guess they do beer, too. They close kind of early (2p). Wasn’t amazed by food but it was good. Was looking for a study spot and this ain’t quite it, but will get the job done if in a pinch. Worth checking out.

Stopped in as we were driving through the Cape. Great experience! Quaint little place with exceptional food. I had the BLT with an egg on a croissant! Fantastic. My husband had the egg breakfast. Also , very good. Great coffee and service! We will definitely return. Love supporting small businesses!

Today was our first visit to Perk and Brew in downtown Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway East. We were walking as we live in the neighborhood. The coffee was delicious and the staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s a wonderful place to stop for a cup of coffee or a meal. Great menu! We will be back soon to enjoy breakfast and the great, laid back atmosphere. We highly recommend you check them out.
