Capital One Café

Just stopped by from a long 20 hour drive and was welcomed by very nice people, Keara, Jasmin, jasmine, Simba and Jordan. I loved the coffee and the people.

Second time visiting this place and thanks to great customer service from the greeting,the smiles and help with my account by Simba. Keep it up

WOW,WOW! Is all I can say! Mr. Johnathan Mann, the Cafe Coach is soo amazing. Definitely took my experience to the next level. I just came inside to work on my finances and check out the cafe, but Mr. Mann assisted me on where to park (because y’all know DC love towing you), finding more information about my cards, and even assisted me in deciding my order at the barista counter. I have been a Cap 1 member for a year, transferring from Bank of America and Chase and my customer service experience was just amazing. Definitely planning more work days here!

Jordyn has been an absolute pleasure to meet! She has assisted me on more than one occasion. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and has an overalls great personality!
I also love the look and feel of the cafe!! It is very welcoming and spacious. The ATM features are great as well!

Simply great, a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. I’ve visited three times now and each time I feel happy and energized from the positivity and friendliness of the staff. I’m currently not even a Capital One customer but because of the people here I’m planning to become one soon!

Other perks: half price drinks for Cap1 customers, dogs are allowed inside, free work spaces, and they even host community events like the 11th Street bridge park walking tours.

I normally don't come into the bank to use the ATM but this bank didn't have a drive through. So I went into the Bank had a problem with the ATM the Manager came over immediately and offered assistance. Her customer service was exemplary if I could give more than 5stars I would and cup of Peets coffee that came with the service was just what I needed to start my day.

I had a great experience at this place, the coffee is high quality but also inexpensive, the ambience is perfect if you need a change of scenery, to host meetings without feeling the typical café clutter. The employee named Jon gave me a tour that was brief and to the point, but how respectful and kind he was is the reason why I can talk highly of this spot.
