Kaisy's Delights is a wonderful place to stop and get coffee, tea, and some unexpected treats in a hospitable, clean shop! If you've never been there before, ask to taste a kaisy (and then order it with ice cream on top!! You're welcome) and they'll give you a big sample. Their salmon sandwich and latkes are wonderful too, and they are happy to give advice if you don't know what to order. It seems like they are marketing to the Starbucks crowd, with WAY better coffee and phenomenal food, and a drive-thru to boot. We will be back every time we're visiting Lewes!

Great food and the staff is super friendly. However, the need to take people's names on orders. Orders were mixed up with several people. Plus, my order was wrong. I'll definitely go back, but there is room for improvement. I would have given a 5 star, but the order problems changed my rating.

My husband and I are locals and have loved Kaisy’s since they opened their Rehoboth location. Today we went on a morning run to grab some breakfast sandwiches and coffee from the Lewes location’s drive through. Upon pulling up, we were greeted with static and a gruff “what do you want,” so my husband replied with “hey how are you doing today” to try and be polite and brighten this person’s day. At this point, whoever was working the drive through decided to reply with a loud and rude “HUH,” at which point my husband and I just said nevermind and drove off. This is a shame, because as I said we have loved Kaisy’s for years. But this behavior was just incredibly rude and unwelcoming. By no means is this a reflection upon the business, because every other time we’ve been it’s been wonderful. But to have staff this rude and unprofessional working your drive through is deserving of a one star review and now has us questioning our return. I would suggest to customers reading this review to not use the drive through at this location and just walk in or travel to the Rehoboth location.

It was different. Ice cream was good. Had latkes for the first time. Very much like a potatoe pancake without onion salt amd pepper. I'm sure that if I had one witham egg on it it would have been much better.

Wonderful place for breakfast. They serve Kaisies, which are traditional Austrian pancakes. Think of them as a mix between pancakes and funnel cakes. They're delicious with ice cream, fruit compote, and whipped cream. Their chai lattes are also great. Plus, service is awesome. Amber and Natalie give remarkable service and are always friendly. Definitely recommend.

Good choices, fair prices, clean. Good for the family. Came here on my way back to DC and it was perfect before the long drive!

We came in visiting Lewes for the week. We've been to KD at least 3 times so far. Once for treats, once for breakfast, and another time for the ice cream. The kaisy is delicious...recommend any of the fruit compote choices over it. Their breakfast is fresh, well prepared, and a decent value. I love the decor too...so cute and perfect for a treat shop!

Fantastic. The GF Kaisy's is fantastic. Love the spiced chai with almond milk. Cinnamon ice cream always a hit. This is an amaZing place to eat, hang out or just grab a drink on the way to the beach.

KD's is an amazing little spot. We stopped to get ice cream (which was delicious) but ended up taking Kaisys home. The owner was so friendly and really interesting. Loved the entire experience!

Was really looking forward to afternoon snack at the Lewes location since we had never been. A young lady helped us order a Kaisy, and some ice cream. My husband last minute added a second flavor to his ice cream and we took both servings of ice cream assuming that we paid for it. Tristan and the young lady had some discussion about this and as I picked up my Kaisy, I said to him if we owe for the second flavor we would be glad to pay. He replied yes, for the good of the business. We paid for the second flavor (I actually believed we paid for a second serving). The Tristan guy was not even friendly or appreciative.
The ice cream was so so- small portions for what you pay, the Kaisy was overly sweet but different, the atmosphere was clean. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper- I let Tristan know for the “good of the business”.
We are locals and we won’t be back. I am a business owner and sometimes you have to overlook something or be gracious and appreciative to the customer who tries to make it right.
