Kaisy's Delights

We went for a coffee and an ice cream and a latke at 3:20 today. Grill was shut down and offered cold latkes. Wanted drip coffee and that was shut off. I settled for coffee americano. The taste was weak and no flavor plus the price is overpriced. The ice cream was good! I look to support local businesses before,during and after Covid! I realize you are faced with staffing,inflation and other issues of a small business, but step up your game!

We walked from our hotel to get coffee. Kaisy's delights is a gem. My caramel macchiato was very good. They have a big food menu that is German inspired. I'm guessing the german part because they save schnitzel.

Nice place for a snack on the way back to Dovet. The staff was vey helpful and the Kaisey were fantastic!

Went twice during our stay in lewes. They tend to get pretty crowded in the mornings so we had to wait a little both times, but it was perfectly fine, as the food is very fresh. The staff is nice, and we didn’t have a single Miss on the menu. (My personal favorites were the veggie omelette and a Kaisy with fruit compote). Definitely recommend for a unique before-beach breakfast!

I have truly loved this place and am visiting just today from out of state. It’s over an hour before they close, but their doors are locked and even though people are inside they are totally unresponsive. Another lady was knocking on the door before me and she said she had waited for over 15 mins in the drive thru but the guy inside was clearly trying to avoid her. I thought this place was a gem but this is so disappointing. At least change your sign or treat your customers with care.

Excellent breakfast sandwich with perfectly cooked scrapple. It was quite tasty. Next time I'm trying the Kaisy.

Stopped in at 6pm (it closes @ 7pm) with a friend and our children, the young male behind the counter was rude and short with me. He said they were out of coffee and he just cleaned the espresso machine so I couldn’t have a cappuccino.
My son has a dairy allergy and when I asked about the sorbet he said he didn’t know if it was dairy free and after he said that he assured me it was. I was a little uneasy giving it to him. Cute place, loved the presentation of the sorbet and it was thankfully in fact dairy free. Shame the staff was so horrible!

Love this place so much. Great coffees, lattes, and food. It makes me feel like home (Swiss Alps)
