Me and my family seek this place out bc their coffee is so good. One of the top coffee places in Delaware hands down. However, the person taking our order today, 4/22/23 around 10:30, was extremely rude and condescending. So much that her co-workers had to make remarks to her. Requirement for someone working the register should be friendly and hospitable. Gave it a 3 strictly based on coffee.

Nice place, homely with nice outdoor seating. There was, however, a smell of dogs outdoors which was a bit bothersome but I am typically sensitive to the smell.
Iced coffee was good. Would return to try the foods.

I got a cookie dough hot chocolate and it tasted just like a warm chocolate chip cookie. Amazing. The banana nut muffin was also great.

House of Coffi is the preferred Pick-me-up of state employees in the neighborhood. Better than Starbucks. Great coffee, good service, great location and lovely space. they also have local artists and crafters work for sale.

I try to take off my Realtor hat on Sundays... I try. So today the wife and I went to The House of Coffi for and after breakfast dessert coffee. The atmosphere is nice and laid back. The coffee is wonderful. A cool place in Downtown Dover to relax and hang out.

Small town coffee shop with a big personality. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and fun, and the coffee and snacks are tasty. So happy to support local businesses!

Cozy little coffee shop in downtown Dover. Has a decent selection of coffee drinks, along with snacks like sandwichs. Serves beans roasted locally, including my favorite Rise Up. The staff is very friendly and there's a nice sitting area inside and outside to enjoy the weather.

Beautiful little place for a quick healthy bite. Downstairs looks cozier than upstairs, tables could be next to the windows for a view, maybe change the color of the walls to one more welcoming instead of plain and cold. Excellent customer service. I only had matcha tea and egg soufle with a bagel; I give it a 3.8 Banging bagel lots of cheese cream but egg soufle with gouda and bacon wasn't that great besides putting it in a paper mold doesn't work for me because the egg sticks to it and it as a little too dry. They have soups which I love and Lobster bisque sounded like a winner but didn't have the time to try it. Let you know next time! 😁

The staff, menu, and ambiance are all 5 stars! This place is a hidden gem (on the main street) of downtown Dover. Go check it out, you will not be sorry for supporting a local business.

Every once in a while you'll get an ignorant employee taking your order. Not necessarily rude but very apparently displeased with the fact that they have to do work first thing in the morning. Aside from the very few times I've had this happen, the outside seating area is always clean, the inside bar and seating area is very comfortable and the environment is laid back and relaxed. The food is great, especially if you're a coffee and bakery kind of person. It's worth going even if you have to deal with attitude.
