Love it. They make their own pumpkin spice black coffee. Good prices. It's a cute comfortable coffee shop with excellent pastries and sandwiches. Definitely a shop that Dover needs. They offer certain events there too. The coffee is like no other. If you are a non dairy person, they can make you special coffee that can cater to that need or if you need it vegan. Its amazing. Best black coffee I've tasted and I dont drink black coffee. You can sit there, do your homework, read, or just listen to music. It's a nice peaceful atmosphere.
Parking is kinda tough but it's the worth the walk. Thank you to the House of Coffi.

Super quaint. Nice addition to the downtown vibe. Indoor seating is a little tight which is a shame because its the perfect place to stay a while. Can get a little muggy in the summertime. The young blonde girl that works there was very polite and friendly, she made half the experience.

it wasnt the best cup of coffee I've ever had but it was certainly good enough to satisfy my craving for a good cup. The people who work here exude positivity and greet all customers with a smile. The inside is very cozy and just feels like a place where you'd want to sit down and relax while you drink your beverage.

House of Coffi is a cute coffee house! The coffee is delicious- I ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee . Wow, it was good!

A coffee shop that happens to be in a "good place" as far as downtown Dover goes. College students serve up their own versions of everything because no one actually cares about the quality, first time I visited they didn't know what a cortado was. Second visit the lattes were nothing but milk. Lucky for this place, you don't have any other options in the area if it's not Dunkin or Starbucks.

The coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious. The service was very good. All in all a delightful experience.

Wonderful coffee in a great location. Pasteries from local bakeries are an excellent touch. It can get pretty busy for such a small place, but between the open-air seating and interior cafe tables it is a superior coffeehouse experience.

The good: The coffee is excellent and strong.
The bad: The place is severely understaffed on a Saturday morning with one barista attempting to train a new employee while making all of the drinks. Regardless, no one has 25 minutes to wait for their coffee to go. Beyond that, I watched a man tell the barista that she made his coffee hot instead of iced. The barista said, "Oh, sorry," and continued to make another drink. She didn't offer to correct her mistake as he stood in front of her. He waited for her to address this problem, and she ignored him before he finally said, "Have a nice day," and walked out. Unless this establishment wants all of their customers to follow suit and leave in disgust at poor service, the owner must hire additional employees.

My favorite coffee shop I have ever been in. The owner and all of the staff are amazing! My favorite is the iced chai tea latte with almond milk its way better than starbucks. The atmosphere is amazing, its the perfect place to chat with a friend or bring your laptop and get some work done! Love this place !!
