I am lucky to work right across the street from this amazing place. Interestingly enough, I was at a coffee shop in Essex, CT and commented on how good their coffee was. I asked where they get it and they said a place in New Canaan called Zumbach's.
Great service and great atmosphere.

Hands down, Vanilla Buttercream is our favorite! We come from Philly to get it… and to see family too.

The coffee is ok, nothing incredible. My biggest issue is with the staff, their customer service and all around kindness is lacking. Could really do without the smug looks and attitudes. A smile goes a long way, kids.

The coffee was barely drinkable. We ordered cappuccinos with normal and with soy milk, and they were both awful, so it must be the coffee.
A second star for the sign at the counter saying people talking in the phone will not be served.

Great place to get coffee when at the car show! I believe the owner of this place organizes the "Caffeine and Carburetors" show. Props to him for doing so!

This may have been the single worst cup of coffee I've ever had. After asking about all of their sourcing and roasting, we were served iced coffee that was barely cold (no biggie) but that tasted worse than burnt espresso. The beans had obviously been so eviscerated by over-roasting that there was no flavor of the underlying coffee beans less. I never thought I'd say it, but I might actually take Starbucks over this - and that is really saying something. What a let-down. On top of that, the place was dirty, as was a lot of the equipment (visibly). Perhaps I'm spoiled by places closer to us (like NEAT), and places I frequent in the city (eg Sweetleaf) but this was just in drinkable. Literally.

Staff is super helpful. They will help you choose flavors by strength, grind and flavor. Haven’t had a different brand of coffee since !
