Never go to coffee shops, but love this place for meeting a friend. The chai latte is to die for.

Really disappointing! I am new to the area and this place was highly recommended. Not sure why. First thing I noticed was the ambiance - loud and crowded, no COVID protocols at all. Ordered a cinnamon roll and apparently they serve them cold - never been to a place that serves a cold cinnamon roll. Also got a chai latte and they didn't have almond milk....what kind of coffee shop especially with this vibe doesn't have almond milk? Whatever, I got it with regular milk and it did not in the slightest bit taste like a chai latte. It wasn't terrible, but you could barely taste any chai. Altogether my one latte and cinnamon roll was almost $10! Don't think I'll be back.

Great quality coffee! I've been here a couple times and it's been very good service each time. I'm a coffee geek and the equipment they use is great quality (I've been to other places that have tried to save a buck on equipment, but when it comes to coffee the quality of the equipment directly contributes to the quality in the cup). I've enjoyed everything I've had here. Their seasonal drinks are great, the espresso over lemonade is particularly amazing—my wife doesn't care for coffee and she was quite surprised with how much she likes that drink. They have a great selection of pour over single origins and I can't wait to try them all. Highly recommended!

Fantastic medium to large size coffee shop! The environment has a modern feel and is very comfortable - and I have not even gotten to the good stuff! The assortments of their beverages are absolutely delicious and the food is limited but wonderfully tasty! A great place to meet up or grab and go. I am more of a tea drinker then a coffee drinker but I and all my employees enjoy this place very much, we hold are weekly meetings here.

today paid $11+ for a chicken/bacon sandwich - it was cut in half - one half had only cheese and a tomato - the other half had a tiny piece of bacon and 2 teeny tiny strips of chicken - it was just awful - a 5 year old could have made a better sandwich for me - and the oat milk latte wasn't great - I loved this place in the fall, but the quality has taken a deep nose dive

Great coffee, yummy pastries and a comfy atmosphere! Grab a drink and settle in for a couple hours to do some work or chat with friends. Can't beat this hangout and I love supporting this local small business!

Went for the first time on Saturday for a light lunch with my daughter. We had a fantastic experience. Food was wonderful! I thoroughly recommend the goat cheese sandwich! Staff were all very nice and helpful. Décor was minimalistic/industrial and felt very young and modern. Covid policies were followed and we felt very comfortable. 5 stars! Will definitely be a returning customer!

This was my first time visiting silk city coffee and I absolutely loved it! I ordered a cappuccino and toast with raspberry jam and was very happy with everything. Super cute space, great for dates or meeting with friends! Will definitely be visiting again!

Great coffee, great tasty confections and other food items to gnosh on, and great service. A bit pricey, but pretty much the going rate for boutique coffee houses.
Nice indoor space with the "refurbished mill" industrial feel to hang out, chat, or work. Maintaining social distancing. Typically a bit busy so space can be limited.
