I absolutely love this place! Susan is so nice. She's open early, perfect for stopping before work! She has local kombucha, yea I said local kombucha. Everything in her little shop is local and is everything a green, eco friendly girl needs. She has gluten free, vegan muffins, biscotti and other goodies. She sells things from clothes, to soaps, jewelry, mugs, wine glasses ALL MADE LOCAL! If you are ever in any of the surrounding areas and love a good local, coffee, kombucha serving place. This somewhere that will find a place in your heart.

Well, I'm glad they are in town. It's a nice artsy place to meet and good to have more activity in our little center. Only 4 seats at the bar and it's tight in that space for ordering and the life stacks quickly with not much room for anyone else to staff
No one complained at all about any of the drinks. I had kombucha from the tap. Hibiscus something and it was better than I expected. The barista offered a taste first which I really appreciated and it sealed the deal.
The barista is the owner I believe and in my opinion she is a touch quirky. She seemed, to me, to vascilate back and forth between overly polite and kind to a little bossy and curt. There was 4 of us and she seemed a bit flustered by our not knowing the process on our first visit. While people were reading the menu I ordered my kombucha and then she said can you all just tell me what you all want at once. Not everyone was ready and then we felt rushed and as if we didn't do it right.
Oh well! Retail can be tough on both sides of the counter I suppose.
16 oz. Kombucha was 6 bucks. A bit pricy for my tastes but in line I think in a shop. You'd think the tap would make it less but it didn't.
We spent 20 bucks on the 4 drinks and a cookie. Probably reasonable and worth it to have the shop in town.

Lovely atmosphere, superior customer service and amazing coffee. I had the latte and the nitro and they were both superb! The shop is also in a prime location. You can walk there while visting many of the other businesses sprinkled along the Main Street in that area.

Delicious, organic coffee and espresso. My favorite is the Latte. Gluten Free treats that don't taste Gluten Free. Cozy sitting area to enjoy your coffee with friends and shop for Christmas at the same time.

My wife, a newborn and myself were out for a walk through local businesses in East Hampton (hey, shop local! Right?), while walking through the store next door we ended up at the ECO Coffee Shop, before we even made to the counter the lady upfront said “i’m sorry, but children are not allowed at my “tavern”, i know she is small but i just got approved for alcohol and children are not allowed” . First of all.... you not a tavern or anything close to it. Second of all... maybe a “hello” first will be nice and third of all... how are you going to stay in business when parents with children wanting coffee cannot come in.... shame! If i wanted to go to a tavern, there are nicer places in town. You have lost a customer and ill make sure to let everyone i know in east hampton know not to spend money in your “tavern”....

Eco is the best. Sue, the owner knows her stuff. If you want coffee she got you, Americano yup, awesome crafted beverages......those also. She even has banging craft beer! A must stop!

The coffees and soups Susan makes are literally the coffees and soups of my DREAMS. Everything is amazing, I love seeing her unique new creations and I love supporting her business.

ECO coffee house has ruined coffee for me... from other places. They seriously have the best tasting lattes I've ever had, and going anywhere else is incredibly disappointing at this point.
