ECO Coffee House

I'm a vegan and I don't drink coffee and there is still so much for me to enjoy! My favorite is the Kombucha and muffins! I also love shopping in the little boutique section and hand crafted items. Great atmosphere and top quality!

I am a long standing customer of ECO. I believe you get what you pay for in the time, energy and ingredients in a product. I appreciate the blood, sweat and tears that Susan has put into her business not to mention the authentic and innovative choices offered!

Great little shop with some good homemade drinks and food as well I tried some soup that she made from scratch and it was amazing which I wasn't expecting to get from a coffee shop. One thing I would like to see as she gains popularity is to see her hopefully get her bigger place for herself she has to potential for it so we'll have to wait and see the only thing I will advise everybody of that might turn some people away as it's not like Dunkin' donuts with cheap coffees she has much better but for the same reason more expensive ones so just keep in mind and maybe a little bit more than what you used to spending but it is totally worth it. There is a couple chairs for seating around the building but very limited for the most part it's the type of place where you grab what you need and be on your way. Which is why like I said before I would like to see your bigger place at one point cuz she really should have a full restaurant for herself versus just a coffee shop in my opinion bottom line is if you got the money for it and you want some good stuff that's worth every penny check her out.

The lady who came to the window was insanely rude. My boyfriend & I had never been here before, so we were looking over the menu. Once we told her that we needed a minute, she slammed the window shut. Not even giving us a full minute to look more, she opened the window, says "Any decisions yet?", then slammed the window again when I kindly replied "Not quite yet". We were the only ones up there, so it's not like we were holding up a line. After the second interaction with her, we immediately left. No way I'm giving her any of my business. These other negative reviews are 100% accurate & her snarky responses are incredibly unprofessional.

RESPONSE TO REPLY: The way you spoke to us & your entire demeanor was extremely rude. If you don't want negative reviews, treat your customers better. Calling me childish, yet you are the one who is immature. Do better.

Best coffee around. We drive 30 minutes and pass several coffee houses to get here. You cannot beat the brewed coffee, and the handcrafted espresso beverages and cocktails are to die for. The atmosphere is laid back, and the service is extraordinary!!

I'm not in east hampton often, but when I am, I always try to stop here. Everything is even more delicious than it sounds or looks. I had a woman stop me in the parking lot just to ask what I got because it looked so good.

Best Chai Latte! I am not a fan of anything sweet and sugary. This is real chai latte, made by the owner with a shot of her burbon vanilla (which is also not sweet). I love that she has choices for non-dairy milk options. She did a great job decorating, cozy and artistic.

This coffee house is so good I had to go back for a second latte within an hour of the first. Amazing flavors and you can tell she puts care into each cup. Also enjoyed the avocado toast with the blue pickled egg and it was delicious. A must try spot!

Absolutely love this place. Great tasting fresh healthy food and drink. Susan makes everything from scratch and is so creative with the food. We had the Avocado Toast Deluxe and I can not stop thinking about this. Ever bite tasted so good. The pickled soft boiled egg was what made this dish stand out. Her creative seasonal coffee blends are spot on. Be sure to check this place out. It’s a true winner.

Everything is delicious here. I love the avocado toast and blemon. The avocado toast has delicious pepitas and a balsamic drizzle. My plate is clean every time. The Blemon is a delicious refreshing sparkling drink. She also has good beer on tap and amazing cocktails. Eco is consistently delicious.
