The Baker's Dozen Coffee Shop

Went through drive through. Wrong order was given to us. Went inside and was waiting in line. Lady behind counter acknowledged man behind me, he politely says this lady was before me, she totally disregards me and proceeds to chit chat with man asking him if he wants his usual coffee. After 5 minutes I get my correct order. Poor customer service!

Nice place. Good frozen coffee. Donuts are good. My son would like strawberry frosted donuts back on the menu.

I go to the one in Pomfret and also the one in Brooklyn. They're both very nice. I tried a latte in Pomfret and it was delicious. I tried a latte in Brooklyn and it wasn't as good as the one in Pomfret. It's still tasted good but not as good as the one in Pomfret.

Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Fast service and always with a smile. Highly recommended - we stop after shopping to chill over a coffee and either a hot sandwich or a delicious sweet dessert. We like how local this place feels....it doesn’t give the big chain vibe. Keep up the threat work everyone. :)

Went here on a recommendation from the locals, and was SEVERELY disappointed. I am an espresso lover and LOVE a good iced latte. After ordering my latte, I see the PREMADE espresso being poured from little cups from a stack of 20-30. Did a little research before writing this, and after only 10 seconds, espresso "dies" and the flavor completely changes. I asked when did they brew the espresso and the answer I got was periodically. If I'm going to spend $5 on a coffee, I expect the espresso to be pulled fresh. Even Dunkin makes it fresh now. Don't think I'll be making a return trip here.

Skip the Starbucks and give this place a try. The cold brew coffee is great, and the large is REALLY large.

Try the pistachio muffin, lots of real pistachio pieces and soooo tasty.

Wonderful service as well, everyone is smiling and cheerful.
