The Baker's Dozen Coffee Shop

The girl who waited on should have asked me if my coffee I ordered was hit or iced. She gave me an ice coffee when I wanted a hot coffee. She made it good made me my hot coffee an apologized. Other than that service was great 👍. Love Backers coffee.

Sign in drive thru window states 'accidents happen'. This is true, but no apologies, just a statement that we either don't care enough to properly train our staff or we can't get employees who are worth a paycheck.
Was emailed after posting if we went back in or mentioned to management, as well as my harsh reviews.
No did not go back as we were several miles down the road. No didn't mention to management, as of the sign in the window.
As for my reviews. Sorry big box stores don't rate four and five star reviews. Poor service by employees and poor housekeeping of your establishment don't rate four and five star reviews.
As well the saying goes ' you only get one chance to make a first impression.'

Hit or miss with your coffee order. Unfriendly staff

Great breakfast sandwich and also my friend got me a French toast bagel with cinnamon sugar. Yummm

I went here hoping for a better donut experience than Dunkin. I went early in the morning so I would be sure to get fresh donuts and not day old stale ones like Dunkin hands out. I bought 4 Boston Creme’s and unfortunately they were also disgusting. They were obviously from the day before. They were stale and tasted old. So ridiculous that we can’t get a decent donut around here. Here is to hoping Duck Donuts arrives soon.

Always good. Tried their iced caramel latte and it was delicious! Better than Dunkin Donuts. And always fresh donuts.

Although my service is always very pleasant every time I go to the bakers dozen I was disappointed that my 2 espresso shots were not even hot and clearly not fresh because there was no top layer of natural froth and it tasted like regular black coffee. I used to work at one one of these facilities and when I did they would prep the espresso ahead of time for the iced lattes, I thought I was avoiding any of that trouble by ordering them hot on the side, but however I think this one was made hours ahead of time and microwaved upon order. Very disappointed and will stick to regular coffee when I go here next time!

Honestly one of the best chain coffee shops to go to in the fall. Their selection of delicious sandwiches, pastries, and drinks can compliment and date or coffee run nicely. Their breads and bagels hit all the marks in terms of variety and flavor. The staff are always a delight when taking your order. I never have any issues no matter what wierd coffee or sandwich I order. All in everything, the atmosphere, workers, and great value for even greater food is why I always end up back here.

Unless you are a regular or a friend of the blonde girl working the front. don't expect a service with a smile. We walked in and immediately rushed on our order. Second the girl listened to half of what was said. I asked for less ice and I got a ice coffee full of ice. We asked for 2 doughnuts and was given 1 and when she was told again what was missing she got moody. After all that they messed up my daughters sandwich and I was greated with an attitude when getting it fixed. Food was OK bit not worth the customer service. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Usually the food and coffee is good, but this last time the coffee was watery and the bagels where made wrong....I mean you have one job and you are doing this for hours and you still can't manage to get it right. I'm highly disappointed and instead of fixing it she just added chocolate syrup to watery "coffee". . highly doubt there was any coffee in there.
