Very nice coffee shop. I ordered a Cortado and banana walnut muffin, which is baked in house. The Cortado was nice and smooth; so good! And the muffin was fantastic; soft and flavorful. If you like some of the other local CT coffee shops like Rebel Dog, Giv, J. Rene, or Raon Jena then you will like this Provision State too. They use freshly roasted beans from a roaster in MA and the espresso blend is really good. I look forward to returning to try other menu items soon.

I was amazed at the quality of the coffee! Iced coffee and iced latte were both excellent. For coffee snobs this is far and away your best option in this part of CT. Beautiful space with patio too!
