Provision is my favorite coffee shop in town! (Honestly, maybe in all of CT...) The shop is inviting with lots of natural bright light & plenty of seating. It's my go-to spot for client meetings or to just chill & get some work done. The staff & owners are always friendly & welcoming. My go-to order is a hot Nutmegger made with almond milk & a bagel. (Their bagels are ALWAYS fresh) PLUS, they are very supportive of a local non-profit I work with & other small businesses. It's safe to say I'm happy to be a loyal PCS customer! 🙂

Minimalist, not fussy and aesthetically clean coffee shop with a good selection of locally-flavored speciality beverages along with the traditional options. Food has a smaller menu of toasts, bagels & pastries.
stumbled upon here to login into my laptop for work and gladly. Will be back.

Great place to go for a cup of coffee. They have a patio where you can have your drink outside. Great for a quick meet up/date. There's plenty of parking. Also good for families. I tried their hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies which were very good. They were holding a fund raiser for the highschool special education class, which is a huge plus because they give back to their community.

We love Provision State Coffee in Berlin at InspireIT Media. We work out of here at least twice a week and love the environment and most importantly the coffee.

My favorite coffee shop! A warm, welcoming atmosphere with fun seasonal drinks and always delicious bakery goods. They feature a new artist every month and have music nights in the summer. Great community hang out.

Being a resident of Berlin (Kensington) Connecticut, I was excited to have a local coffee shop opening up so close to home. And what a great place it is! Offering up fresh brewed coffee and delicious homemade baked goods, this is my everyday coffee house. Come here to for the food, fresh coffee, and friendly environment and staff. Thank you Provision State Coffee!

I love the ambiance of this place. So much sunlight and very inviting. Staff is all very kind and their teas and coffees are so good. I also always get a bagel or cookie to snack on when I go and am never disappointed.

The inviting space of this coffee shop welcomes you right in and it's provisions make you want to visit again! The walnut bread , the chocolate chunk cookie, and the avocado toast all were delicious. Their fog latte and hot chocolate were on point.
It looks like they serve high quality artisanal coffee too called little wolf so I'm really looking forward to getting a espresso based latte next time.

This was a regular spot during the week for me to study because it was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, a latte was made with milk when I requested oat milk. I have a severe lactose intolerance (thankfully, not an allergy) and was able to deal with it privately in their single-use bathroom. The experience was quite painful, left me in a cold-sweat on the floor, and very weak and pale once I gained my strength back to get up. Not feeling well, I gathered my things to leave and mentioned it to one of the employees who apologized. From my understanding, the owner was present and aware of my complaint and situation, but chose not to address it. I have not gone back to this coffee shop.
