Colorado Bagel Company

Small place with chewy, good bagels. Had a nice simple bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel--nicely done and made even better with the available packets of Cholula hot sauce. Also got a giant, blueberry muffin that was scrumptious, and moist. Prices are a little high but expected in a ski town.

Extremely good. I live around a lot of bagel chain places and they blow them out of the water. If you’re in town make sure to check this place out!

I love this place! We come up to Steamboat a few times a year. Getting bagles and cream cheese is a must. Their bagles are chewy and crisp up nicely when toasted. And their cream cheese is amazing! We love the garlic herb and vegetable. We tend to go more for the savory flavors but their sweet bages are great too. I very much highly recommend this place if you're up here. The photo is a garlic bagel with garlic herb cream cheese and a sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese.

Cosy little bagel place tucked in by the grocery store and Walmart. The menu was extensive and was hard to choose which one to go with but I pulled the trigger on the Italian because it had homemade giardinira which being from Chicago hit close to home. Also had your typical Italian meets, i want to say capciola and salami with provolone and arugula. Highly recommend

Great bagel shop close to Steamboat mountain. Great to grab and go before ⛷️. Tasty bagel sandwiches and friendly staff. Order ahead of time online and skip the line

We live in Utah, and a trip to Steamboat Springs JUST to go to this place would be worth the drive.
We got bagel sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, and a turnover, and every single thing was incredible.
Not to mention the service. Every person who worked there was lovely.
Highly, highly recommend.

I am neither a reviewer nor a religious man but in this case I feel compelled to preach the gospel of the Colorado Bagel Company.

The food:
I come from a long of New Yorkers who are rather militaristic about their bagels. I have known these people to scorn bagels from the East to the West Coast. They decry what they see as the butchering of a good bagel. This was not the case at Colorado Bagel Company. Two years ago nearly to the month, my uncle, the Commandant of the anti-bagel adulteration league smiled when he tried a Colorado Bagel Company bagel. I don’t know what more to say, I have not seen this man expressing emotion, for the majority of my life. This is food made with love and care, you can taste it.

The Place:
As Anthony Bourdain one said “Food may not be the answer to World peace but it’s a start” The bagel company attracts people from all over. It is a place to come and enjoy the universally good feeling of having a really excellent bagel in the morning. Because of this you will occasionally encounter some longer wait times. The whole crew there is efficient and clearly works hard to get orders out the door in a timely manner. I am confident in saying this is one of the few places in the valley that is simply worth the wait on the rare occasion there is one.

Conclusion:
Go here. Eat the bagels. Rejoice.

Excellent bagel place! They have the texture down pat! Chewy without being impossible to bite through.

I got the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, and it was exactly what I wanted. Will be back for sure.

The staff was super friendly. Wholesome bagel place. Worth stopping here if you're looking for a bite to go on your way out of town. Keep in mind the line can get long on busy weekends

Been coming here since I was a kid. Usually my go-to… until this morning. It might be hard to tell, but that’s supposed to be a lox bagel 🤔. Where’s the salmon?! Where’s the capers?!! Biden’s America!!
