Amazing family run business. Kindness and home feeling with ART for sale hand crafted and a unique menu of Mediterranean and Down Home cooking influences. Warm and welcoming. Will be back and buy more food & pottery. Thank you

Absolutely the best burger and fries in Colorado. And I couldn’t help but try the gyro and it is comparable to the best gyro you can get on the east coast. Very friendly fast service in a clean old timely cafe. Spot on guys!!!! Keep up the good work and I will be back!

Update May 2023: Still a delight, my favorite is the gyro. Enjoyed lunch on the patio.
A gem in Simla! While helping some friends look for property in the area, we stopped in for a bite to eat. Service was excellent and very friendly, the portions were huge and the prices fair. I have to admit I did not expect such a great experience in such a small town, but it was way beyond what I had imagined. Highly recommended, and I will be returning!
Update 22Apr22: Food is still delicious, and the prices remain very reasonable. Rachel was my server and she was very personable and attentive. I continue to highly recommend Country Corner Cafe and hope you have a similar or better experience.
Update June 2022: I tried the gyro, it is delicious. Service is top-notch, still very pleased with this cafe.

Friendly, simple, good food in a very small country town. No frills, but locals and road crews stop frequently and that speaks loud. Service is prompt and friendly, food was filling and good, prices were fair, parking fits large pickups. Hit the spot, would go again if in the area.

Excellent small town country cafe. Located right on US Hwy. 24 between Colorado Springs and Limon. Worth the trip from Colorado Springs. Limited vegan options, but several non-meat options. We had the “loaded hash browns” for breakfast, without the ham. The preparation and flavor was great, and portion was large. They substituted mushrooms to replace the ham. Would be good even without the egg and cheese. The coffee mug is huge. Staff was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable, perhaps a bit high for this area.

This soooooo appeals to my small town Iowa nature! Wonderful little restaurant that's well cared for. Attractive garden entrance. Friendly staff. And well..... food.... real good food! Thank you for the experience!
Plus the owner's Greek so there's a flair with the menu!

Great Little Cafe. I never knew was there. Great Food. Loved the onion rings. The service was awesome. The Art was done by the owner's wife. Awesome

Mom and Pop shop with really good food! Breakfast burritos are MASSIVE! Definitely a must stop if you roll through this tiny cute town.

Great experience at Country Corner. I was greeted warmly and the owner was all too eager to visit with me as I sat alone before my breakfast showed up. The coffee was good and it was kept full by the waitress. The smothered biscuits and gravy hit the spot. I’m looking forward to stopping there every time I drive through Simla in the future.

What an absolute treat of an establishment. Between the food, atmosphere and owner this place simply rocks. Owner was kind enough to chat with us as we were traveling across the country and told us many incredible stories. You can also clearly see he cares about his business and quality of food and service which is 10/10. If you're ever in the area, this place is a must stop for food or even just a coffee.
