Excellent coffee shop located in the Silverthorne outlet mall, but with an aesthetic that belongs on a ranch in the mountains. Serving beans from Boulder, the Cafe offers many flavored lattes and a signature drink. The shop also has beautiful outdoor seating right on the creek.

Sorry Red Buffalo, your business is NOT deserving of a 4.7 rating. Over $40 for 2 cappuccinos, Nutella/banana toast and 2 underwhelming egg, bacon and avocado burritos. Plastic utensils, self-service, water out of an near empty self-service water jug. We generally find good places with Google Reviews. This is not one of them. I look for good in everything and you’ve got a fabulous view from a patio. But your patio is underwhelming with not nice furniture, lack of color and character and just no personality. Sorry to be harsh. You’ve got a great location and it could be so much better.

The breakfast burrito was delicious but the best breakfast item was the salmon bagel. Good coffee and lattes as well.

Welcoming collaborative space for meet ups or solo work with excellent coffee and tea options. There's a couple of rocking chairs, small cafe tables, and two large tables seating up to eight (but can add to the noise level). You can sit outside if you want to focus.

This is top 3 coffee for me in all of Colorado we had to get it every morning we were in town from Denver!

Checked the boxes for hipster coffee, except delicious coffee. Not sure what happened and likely a fluke, but I dumped my Americano, which I have never done before. The salmon bagel was rather fantastic however, though there were so many toppings it made my head spin.

Artisan coffee blends served in a mountain cafe environment. Plenty of entertainment for your little kiddos while you enjoy your morning brew and morning treats.
Last, but definitely not the least important, the staff are friendly!

Go here! Really good quality espresso and tea! My fiancé and I got a oat milk brown sugar honey latte, the tea spritzer, and a black iced tea with raspberry and they were all super tasty! Not too sweet and not bitter. The staff was also really friendly, and it’s at a beautiful spot by the River. The food was meh and the sizes of the drinks are small for the price. But I still thinks it’s worth it for the drinks and the location.

Great place! Nice atmosphere, great coffee and chai, and great burritos. Also their WiFi is fast. Everything youd want in a coffee shop!

Absolutely THE BEST pumpkin spice chai I’ve ever had! Coming back for a large one next time!!! It actually tasted like pumpkin instead of just syrup. Yummy breakfast burrito, too.
