Solar Roast Coffee

The service is absolutely amazing, but I've noticed right around closing time I see a bunch of people in line and have only ever seen 2 people working for close. Get these employees some help!!! They deserve it!

Mom and I went new solar roast coffee next to pw library. Very good coffee spot for cattails crossing.

I have not been to this location yet but I am a big fan of the downtown springs location and downtown Pueblo location. I enjoy these local companies that distribute outside of Pueblo. I am excited to try this new location for a meeting this coming Monday.

Went through the drive-thru and looked at the menu. I asked what a Pueblo Mocha is and ordered it blended. Took a sip and spit it out. It was awful, and it had cayenne pepper in it! Went back to ask about something else and was given a hard time so I threw my expensive and nasty drink in the trash and left with a bad taste in my mouth and $16 less in my pocket.

The people that work here are so nice! My husband loves the quiche.
It is such a refreshing change to Starbucks and it's closer to my house. 😃

Great coffee and lovely staff! I love getting a honey cinnamon latte and doing my work on my laptop. They also free wifi which is great

I went here for the first time today. I chose their iced Chai and it was delicious. The quiche was very tasty. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I'll be back.

Drive tru is the slowest way to get your coffee. They take for ever to get order through. They are all half asleep or something.

Always friendly and helpful. I really like the Pueblo mocha they offer.

Tomatoes were mushy and did not eat.
