Two Chicks & A Hippie

I have eaten here several times but never for lunch. The lunch menu is smaller in items offered compared to the breakfast menu, but that is to be expected, after all, they are a breakfast establishment. I was miffed that my 3-egg omelet was a bit sparse in ingredients, and I guess I should have ordered a lunch item instead at that time of day.

Very friendly staff and high quality breakfast food!

Stopped by on the recommendation of someone who lives in the area. My wife and I will be coming again! The wait was shorter than expected. The food was served quickly. We ordered The Skier and The Southern Burrito. Both were top notch. We can’t wait until the next visit!

Fantastic breakfast with baked on site goodies and biscuits. Delicious gravy and we'll prepared eggs. Super nice wait staff and ultra fast kitchen. Expect a wait, but worth it.

1, this place is very busy. Yet they stayed in communication until we were seated. Once seated they were super friendly and helpful.

2, breakfast burrito was great. Awesome flavor, good spice and really large and filling.

3, eggs and cinnamon toast was good but nothing special.

4, eggs, and holidays suase was good, very yummy.

5, if you want any rolls, sticky buns, etc, better get there early. They run out fast.

We visited the week before Super Bowl while on vacation a few times. We loved the atmosphere and the staff! The food was fantastic and the pastries were to die for! I was obsessed with the apple turnovers and my boyfriend was in love with the cinnamon rolls! My Irish coffee was so good and so was all of the other coffees we had throughout the week! We also got some cute merch to take home with us! We cannot wait to make the trek from NJ back here again!!!

Delicious! I got the WC Snicker & my friend got the Honey Bear. We split a breakfast and it was perfect for our quick stop. Absolutely beautiful weather to sit outside with our pup. Definitely recommend!

We made it into town & of course the first visit has to be Two Chicks for breakfast. They were busy, but our wait was no longer than five minutes & we were seated and orders taken
The French toast, usually a pretty common dish, was anything but common. Delicious! They always make it special. Two Chicks will always be our favorite in Pagosa.

Great staff, cool atmosphere, awesome food & smoothies, fun merchandise, and the best name! We only dined out once for breakfast during our stay in Pagosa Springs & we definitely picked the right spot!
