We just LOVE Isaac!! He is the reason we enjoying coming to Dutch Bros so much. The coffee is amazing of course, but we come here everyday and any time he takes our order I get so excited to hear the question of the day he has instead of getting asked the same question each time. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and really enjoys his job. Keep up the awesome work ethic, it doesn’t go unnoticed! :)

The drinks are amazing when they're made correctly but it seems like only a certain few staff make the dutch freezes correctly.
It's disheartening to wait a long time for something made incorrectly while you hear employees scream/singing to music. I get having fun at work but that shouldn't be the priority.

Great service. I come here quite often. My dad loves your sugar free white chocolate mocha and I love everything else! The service is second to none. Really friendly, fun, kind people and I love that Dutch Brothers sponsors a lot of charity events Etc. Thank you to the really great staff - very kind

This is our favorite coffee place! There is something for the whole family. The employees are the absolute best! They are incredibly friendly and helpful and super upbeat! They honestly make the experience awesome! Great coffee too! This goes for every Dutch Bros I have ever been to. I can't say enough positive things about this place!

I love their drinks (you'll have to view their menu online - it's huge) because there's so much variation. The workers are so friendly and kind it's ridiculous. I work in retail and am definitely impressed with how happy they seem to be, and genuinely interested in your day.

This Dutch Bros has some of the best customer service I've ever received! The staff are incredibly friendly, particularly the young man working the window on the two evenings I've gone. The coffee tastes incredible and the prices include sales tax, so what you see is what you get when you order.
The last time we were there, I ordered a medium "911", which is 6 shots of espresso blended with Irish creme for $4. Lemme tell you, that was a hell of a drink! Tasted amazing. You can also get any coffee drink as hot, iced, or blended, so the customization available is pretty neat! They also have a frequent customer stamp card as opposed to a rewards app, which I really appreciate. I so much prefer just having a paper card for them to mark when I go.
I'm definitely making this a frequent stop for me. Highly recommended!

Let me say that I am a HUGE DB fan. Today I took a friend that had never been before and it was awful. I gave my visit 2 stars because it was not even as good as a basic coffee place experience.
The guy in the drive thru really set the tone. He was unfriendly to the point of borderline rude. He was not helpful with my friend choosing a drink at all and gave me misinformation about my drink order. Based on this experience my friend is less than impressed. It truly was not the DB experience that I have come to love and recommend.

Somehow the guy that took our order got the idea that we insulted him. We had a nice and friendly conversation with him while deciding what to order, and said or did nothing that could be considered offensive to anybody... Laughed with him and gave a 20% tip. Upon arriving to the window, we were told never to come back if we were going to be rude to their employees. When asked what they were referring to, apparently said order taker told the inside help that we had said or done something rude to him. We asked for the manager, and he also confirmed that we were rude to said order taker (neither of these people would have seen our exchange while taking our order).
We intentionally drove over here to try this place out. I asked the manager if this is how they treated their customers, and he seemed to confirm that this was the case.
I'll be contacting corporate, as this has ruined my morning. Never again.
