Dutch Bros Coffee

First time experiencing Dutch Bros. Great coffee. Stupendous even. However the service was garbage. Where do I begin? The music was absolutely atrocious.....and way to loud. They couldn't hear my order and didn't actually realize I was there until I turtled my head halfway through the window. It was pretty obvious the music was more important. Second, the girl took my order....holy cannoli. I asked her what was good. She says "I don't know, I don't drink coffee." Well, it's a good thing you work at coffee bar! Coffee was on point, but I won't be coming back to this one. I will drive to Mexico just to avoid the trash at this site.

The staff here are dope! super friendly and great at getting orders out as soon as they can. great drinks for a great price :)

Favorite lil shop in town so grateful one is close by in Loveland!! Definitely need more!!

Okay, so the Loveland location has been here for about 2 years. When it first opened I loved it great atmosphere great people and coffee was good enough to make me switch from Starbucks. But over the past year or so, there’s been a full employee turn around and now 8/10 times I’ve gone recently they’ve screwed up my order. Kinda sad because I was a huge supporter and now I’m not. Starbucks may be a little bit more expensive and not have the “creativity” but at least they get my order right.

We love this place. The staff here is always fun and energetic. My favorite drink here is the Med Strawberry Rebel on ice. We drive all the way from Denver to get drinks here. Service here is great and fast.

Oh my gosh we have never been anywhere that had such friendly customer service and fantastic drinks. We are from out of state and the girls that helped us were patient while they explained the options and were contagiously happy. We are staying here for a week and we will be back... probably every day we are here!

I love it here! I love the coffee - Light ice white mocha w/ an extra shot is a great way to get up and going! And there's plenty of non-coffee drinks, Rebels are amazing and so quenching! I can't get enough of the upbeat music and personalities oozing from the windows. Sometimes the music is a tad loud but when I say something, they're quick to turn it down. I've made 2 stops in my day before just to be put into a good mood by their liveliness. They remember me, hubby, what I do, my kids' names and of course our favorite drinks. I feel more like a friend than a customer. 💙💚

The reason for the one star review is the employees kept us waiting for more than ten minutes to talk to the car in front of us, it seems like they knew each other but they didn't care for the line of cars waiting to get their orders. We decided to leave with nothing..

Definitely the best coffee shop in Loveland. The staff is always incredibly friendly, they're fast, and the coffee is delicious. Pro tip if you're a first timer: look at the menu online first. However, they'll definitely work with you if you have no idea what to get :-)

I’ve never had a bad time and I’ve been at least 30 times. The baristas are always nice to me and they treat my dog like a queen. They’re also helpful and willing to offer you suggestions. This is always the place I go to when I’m looking for a treat coffee.
