Monk & Mongoose Coffee Co

Super cute place nestled in a lovely residential area and near a rec center and park. It’s so peaceful and cozy. We opted to sit outdoors for some fresh are but the inside is just as nice. There were tons of people relaxing, having conversations, or working remote. The team there was so helpful and provided wonderful suggestions for first timers. Going to try to come back on the weekends I’m in town.

Great coffee! It’s always very crowded, but the WiFi is good and there’s lots of seating.

Awesome coffee. I got a lavender latte & it was perfect. Very crowded even at 3pm on a Sunday.

I love this coffee shop, I like to enjoy a delicious coffee and read my book, the atmosphere is great, it gives me peace.

I never write reviews, but after today I had too. This morning(3/7/22) I ordered two drinks and a croissant. I took the drinks and left, totally forgetting about the croissant. I understand it's my fault, but I came back to see if anything could be done about it. I was nice about it but then I was met with passive aggressive remarks like: "you're right you forgot it, and we had to throw it away" (seems unlikely to waste unclaimed food). Its ridiculous to fight a loyal customer over a croissant who would be happy to always come back, but I know I won't be returning to this place.

Positives: great coffee. Very smooth and down right delicious. I love good coffee and this ranks right up there at the top. The staff is very attentive, very friendly and service is quick and with a smile. A bit on the spendy side but the coffee is well worth it. The atmosphere is cozy, the couch and chairs around the fireplace this morning as the snow was falling outside was really quite perfect.
Negatives: No parking, terrible food. The food looks great but was very dried out from sitting in the case uncovered. You needed coffee just to get it down, the scone was inedible. We arrived at around 10 AM so it was puzzling that the pastries were already so dried out.

Great coffee and nice setting but I wish it wasn't so loud. Even a third full it is hard to hear someone at your table. Outside is nice if it's warm

Loved the coffee . Tried their seasonal butter pecan Latte with oat milk and it was fantastic . Couldn’t sit in and enjoy the vibe because my dog was not allowed in

Stopped in here on my way home to Texas and ordered a lavender latte! Hands-down the best lavender latte I have ever consumed! The staff are very friendly as well, until next year!

Lavender latte and ham and cheese croissant were delicious!
