Dutch Bros Coffee

My daughter and I love going to Dutch Bros!! Always a great experience, even when there is a long line!

The absolute best coffee! Starbucks? What's that? I haven't gone to another coffee shop in almost 3 months since I started getting Dutch! Hazelnut Truffle is my go-to. It's the best!!

Kids love this but for anybody that respects coffee, forget it. Their drinks are a disgusting explosion of sugar.

Had a caramel Latte. The team gave it to me for free because it was my first ever visit.

I stood inside for over five minutes and not one person acknowledge that they would be right with me or even looked behind them to see that there’s someone standing inside. There were other people also waiting for their drinks inside and from the sounds of it they had been waiting for a while to get their drinks. I understand that it gets busy in the mornings but it’s not fair for people inside to be waiting for the drive-through people to get their stuff first.

Great coffee, very different than the normal latte . Nice place, fast drive thru. Seems like the employees enjoy the place they work. Have music playing in the outside drive thru.
Prices are good.

Honestly not impressed with the service. 4 visits average wait time is about 25 mins for coffee. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or walk up, the service is exceptionally slow. Granted the lines are long but just not efficient. The music is always near rave volumes so 2 out 4 of my orders on separate visits have been inaccurate. It makes a difference if you order a non dairy half/calf for a pregnant wife and it’s actually full strength with dairy. I just didn’t want to deal with going back, yelling my issues and waiting another 20-30mins.

There are many alternatives for coffee in the area that are fair priced, provides quality service and is more efficient.

I love Dutch Bros! From the friendly service to the delicious drinks! Great timely service. Everyone always has a smile which is the perfect way to start any day. A smile and a coffee. The Dutch Bros App is amazing! Highly suggest to any die hard Dutch Bros fans!!

Cannot speak highly enough about this location, their customer service, and great tasting drinks. I would love if they turn the volume of music down a bit so that the poor employees didn't have to compete with it to converse with you, but everything else is perfect!

BAD SERVICE, NOT A GOOD DUTCH BROS!!! GO TO ANOTHER DUTCH LOCATION

As much as I enjoy Dutch bros, I really can’t justify coming to this specific location. Out of the 6 times I’ve been here I’ve had 4 drinks messed up. I’ve never had an issue at their colfax or at their conifer location. Maybe I’ll come back here in a month since I know this location is new. Employees are nice but they keep messing up with drinks. I don’t want to keep calling customer service and be put on a do not serve list.

Went again because customer service assured me. DO NOT GO.
1. Not the Dutch experience, didn’t talk to us. All employees sound like they were high
2. During the first drink they laughed and said “whoops we forgot the chai” THE WHOLE DRINK WAS CHAI. So they last minute added it. Handed it then realized they forgot the caramel drizzle (on a chai golden eagle)
3. Took longer than any other place. I went to the new one by south Glenn and the service was amazing. They were quick and they made the drink PERFECTLY
4. Drink was no where close filled to the top!!
