Dutch Bros Coffee

I absolutely love Dutch Bros and the AWESOME people who work there! I am so stoked that they finally opened a location near where I live. However, because of their AWESOMENESS, the drive thru line is always quite long and moves quite slowly which is a bit of a drag. Because of the hustle and bustle of the drive thru, most employees are less attentive to patrons inside which can create longer than usual wait times inside as well. If you have time to spare; the atmosphere, awesome staff, and beverages are worth it! If you’re looking for a quick beverage on your way into work then it’s probably not the best option - maybe add an additional drive thru lane/window like some of your other locations!? Stay rad, DB!

Very friendly people, excellent prices and sooooo good!!! This was my first visit and their coffee beverages are so smooth and

1st time there and pleasantly surprised. Went inside because the drive up line was so long and wondered why everyone was there. My drink was fantastic. The inside isn't much but it worked for use. We watch out the window and noticed how fast the drive up service was.

I am a former owner of a Gourmet coffee shop/café back in Portland Oregon, so I know I may be a little overly critical at times, but, there are basics to making a good latte, and the Dutch Brothers drive-through‘s don’t always follow them.
My standard drink is a 12 ounce breve (half & half). Multiple times I’ve watched the “barista” steam the milk improperly by placing the wand in the pitcher and letting it steam unattended. This is not how you properly steam milk for a latte. The craft of being a barista is to steam the milk by hand to get the proper consistency of foam for the drink. It’s disappointing, but Dutch brothers is no different than some amateur who bought an espresso machine and a trailer and thinks they know how to make an espresso latte. I have not tried any of their other drinks, so I have no opinion on them.

Went through the drive thru a little bit ago. I was having a rough day, like bawling my eyes out, and the barista working the window made my whole entire day. Thank you ❤️

Well priced drinks and selection of caffeinated beverages. Love the hours, general good feel, not location for spending hours in a book as some coffee shops promote but that is probably not style the audience they are trying to attract. They are a pro police hub and their meeting grounds, which is also another good vibe.

I went to the Littleton location last Saturday morning at about 9:45. I saw that the line had about 10 cars so I asked the girl taking the orders if the wait was going to be more than 10 minutes. She said that it will be less than 10. I was in line for 20 minutes. This made me late for my appointment. When I got to the drive through counter the girl at the counter was very chatty and the music they had playing in the kitchen was so loud that it was hard to hear her speak. I believe that if she were not so chatty with every customer, I could have gotten through the line faster. Why was the music so loud? Oh the drink was good though.

Batista who waited on me was a total sweetheart. I ordered a large black coffee and she let me know their coffee wasn't like traditional drip coffee but was an Americano mixed with espresso. It was great.

Lines have always been looooong, but when I went tonight there was only 1 person ahead in the drive-thru! Except I waited 4 minutes to get my order taken because the person ahead was just chatting up the worker with the ordering tablet. Then AFTER he got his single drink, I had to wait literally 6 more minutes for him to have a conversation with the worker at the pickup window. They finally ended up sending someone to walk out the doors for my two drinks since he was blocking the line . . .right as he drove off.

Ridiculously bad customer service. Not a single apology given. Definitely won't be back anytime soon.
