We had a great lunch here. Something for everyone including 2 finicky teenagers. And when I accidentally left my purse the owner came down on Saturday night to open and give it back to me after she tried to reach me down all day.

Absolutely rude counter person. Extremely unhelpful and acted like the customer was an imposition. Food was decent but overpriced. Not good service at all. Wouldn’t recommend or come back

Food was excellent! The Benedict dishes.....perfectly poached eggs and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. One of the best salads and fresh fruit I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I'm really mad at myself for not going here sooner, the biscuits and gravy are delicious. Which I'm always on the hunt for good b&g. The coffee is also exceptional. The one downfall was that the cookies all look so delicious I wanted to buy all of them. Don't have the same regrets as me go here for breakfast, lunch, or even a quick snack. If you hate it you can hold me personally responsible.

Every time I go here I’m hoping I’ll find a dish that tastes as good as it sounds on the menu. Instead, the food is always bland, less than fresh, and disappointing. I frequently find little hairs in my orders. The avocado on sandwiches is old and mushy (even tastes rancid). Gyro tzaziki sauce is flavorless. Sandwiches are dry. Coffee is meh. Service is okay, but a little slow, and servers act exasperated. Anyway, as much as I’d love this place (with its great patio) to be my go-to for Leadville breakfast, its food is boring, carelessly put together, and never tastes very good. If you do end up here, the burritos and donuts are edible (but careful of the chocolate frosting, it’s not what you’re expecting).

I went here during my vacation, when we got there the kitchen was close, the girl there was just not happy, she had a attitude, i though “maybe she is just having a bad day”, so we left. The next day we came back for breakfast, the same girl was there, she had the same attitude, like she hated her job, she hated people, she just didn’t want to be there, like a horrible attitude. So we ordered, but during the whole time, we didn’t have anyone come to us and ask if we needed help, or if we needed anything else. My friend ordered a bacon burrito, there was literally no bacon in the burrito, it was just packed with eggs, my other friend ordered french toast, she found a hair in the middle, so she couldn’t keep eating it, since she got grossed out, we told the lady about it, she still had a bad attitude, she just said “ill let the people in the kitchen know”, and that was all. Such a disappointment for a new restaurant, and for people going there for the first time.

I stopped in for some goodies while in town. I had a strawberry shortcake cookie, m&m cookie, and a frosted cinnamon bun. All three were so good I wish I bought more. The guy taking my order actually grew up across the country where I’m from, and it always makes the experience cooler meeting people from a familiar area that moved so far away.

Friendly fast service. A little pricey, but I had the best bacon egg and cheese biscuit I’ve ever had here, and the pastries looked really nice. Everything clean and organized. Will be back

Very slow. Kinda busy but not that packed due to Covid restrictions. Still took a half hour to get food. Service was mediocre, only stopped by once to refill water, and no ice! What is this, Europe? I had a sandwich which was on a roll about the size of a large hamburger bun. The sandwich wasn't bad, but it lacked some of the ingredients that the menu listed, and just wasnt that much food for $14! This isn't LA,, it's Pb. Didn't try this pastries so can't comment on them. Overall I won't be rushing back to Silver Llama.

Spending the weekend in Leadville, my first time here, and thought this looked like a great place for breakfast with my dog since I saw other people sitting outside with their dogs. I didn’t want to walk in with my dog, so I asked at the door if I could get a table. One of the women employees walked over to me and rudely stated she “couldn’t hear a word” I said. So I asked again if I could eat here with my dog and she said I had to order inside at the counter and, “no,” I couldn’t bring my dog in to order. Then she walked away. Ok, I get it. But provide me with some options as to what to do. Be a little more hospitable. She walks back over and hands me a menu but doesn’t say anything. So do I order from here? Do I go sit at a table? Are you coming back? Again, a little instruction would have been helpful. I looked at the menu for a couple minutes, but had no idea if she was coming back so I just left. Sorry for the hassle!
