Definitely the best coffee spot in Gunnison, very knowledgeable staff.
Worth stopping if you are driving through.

Amazing fresh roasted coffee. Fabulous service. Owner is a wonderful breath of fresh air. It's simple and fantastic. I often drive the 200 miles just to get coffee here and turn around and drive home. It's that GREAT!

Wonderful coffee, both the brew of the day and the latte were fantastic. Don't sleep on the ham and egg biscuit. It was fantastic!

I never write reviews but I have to tell y’all how dank this place is. This is the best coffee you can get in Gunnison hands down. The lattes are amazing. The breakfast burritos are BOMB. They come with salsa and you can tell the ingredients are top quality. It’s nice to have a delicious organic option here in town. The level of quality is beyond everything else. I don’t buy lattes or breakfast burritos because I make great ones myself, but these, I have dreams about and can’t drive through Gunnison without stopping here. It would be a great place to hang and do some work if you needed to.

Fantastic coffee. The owner really knows what he’s doing. My go-to drink is a double shot espresso over ice and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. The drip coffee was delicious as well. Great service, guys! Can’t wait to stop in next time I’m in Gunnison

Service was wonderful and so were our lattes. They offered almond and oat milk alternatives. And they serve two gluten-free quiches.

Fantastic veggie breakfast burritos, with quality and local ingredients. A good offering of other baked goods, Crested Bucha kombucha on tap, and of course coffee drinks with their in-house toasted beans.

So excited to find this place in Gunnison on our trip back from Telluride to the Front Range. Great coffee, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. We were served by the head roaster. Also, got a great hummus and veggie sandwich. Fueled me for some more hours of driving.

Wicked yummy cappuccino in the traditiobal size, beautifully finished. HUGE egg biscuit, also wicked yummy. Super friendly staff. What's not to love?

Tributary inhabits the former "The Bean Coffee House". Although I'm a little nostalgic for the old Bean, the coffee at Tributary is just as good if not better. I'm not certain I like the plain industrial appearance of the shop, but the new layout gets the job done and is a bit brighter and cleaner than the old place. I'm just very happy to have a good coffee shop here that's hangout friendly. A lot of folks here were working or just talking, meeting friends. Foot traffic for takeaways was constant which is a good sign people like what Tributary is selling. I wish them the best.
