Nice little Cafe. Very clean. Extremely understaffed. There was one gal working on Thursday Morning, over 20 people in the restaurant. She was taking orders and making food.
She was very flustered, I ordered the 'Hashtag' very underwhelming for $11 after tax. I waited for 25 minutes.
This was not her fault. Poor management. I won't be back until they staff more people.

Best place in Gunnison for breakfast. Avoid all the lines and eat real food made fresh by a friendly staff. This is a one of a kind local spot.

Delicious Pesto-nato panini. Dirty Chai drink could have done better without finding a pinch of grounded coffee bean at bottom of cup. There were 2 staffs when I walked in to order takeout. The one (a black lady) who attended to me said no "Hi/Hello" , no smile and not even a "Thank you" at the end. Makes me feel as if I owed her something or I shouldn't bother her to order food. A black guy customer before me received a slightly friendlier response from her. Feels like it's bcoz I'm a minority having a different skin color from her's? Kinda regret that I even bother to add 15% tip into d bill. The other staff was friendlier though and took initiative to ask if I need anything else. Customer service is a hit-or-miss in this eatery then.

Reviewing just one item: Do NOT get a breakfast burrito at this place: nearly flavorless, weird cut-up hard-cooked egg, unbrowned hash browns, tortilla that was partly cold, and I'm wondering if they used American cheese.

Hands down the best frozen yogurt in the valley!! Jermaine is super sweet and his staff are always kind and helpful. Have tried a sandwich as well which was delicious. But can’t say enough about the frozen yogurt - we drive down from CB because it’s that good, well above other options in the valley!!

Purchased a Canoli and a Cinnamon Roll. Both excellent!!!

Great first experience here! The garlic roseMary bagel and jerk chicken wrap were to die for. I tried the mocha iced and was offered nondairy milk substitutes which is always a plus. The coffee had great flavor. The tiramisu was not a strong espresso taste but creamy and delicious. Will be back for sure!

It's a great place for families & college students. It's fun all around

Jermaine’s is a amazing bagel shop. Also has great pastry’s love the atom sphere. Wish there was one in Denver all of the time 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone.

The pastries are delicious, the entire menu is full of flavor and delicious ice creams, smoothies and much more. The prices are great and the staff is awesome.
