Dutch Bros Coffee

First time to a Dutch Bros and the guy taking my order was so nice and incredibly helpful in helping me pick a drink. I loved it!

Always a line (I've been told by other Dutch Bros that this location isn't busier than them, just slower to serve), drinks are way too sweet, and frankly it's overhyped. However, Dutch Bros has a cult-like following so I'm clearly missing something. Sugar addiction maybe?

I've always had great experiences at every other location that the experience here sadly lacked enthusiasm and sincerity everytime I've tried it. The coffee was okay, tasted more like water and the employees seemed rushed and more interested in getting through the order(not what I've experienced before at other locations). I guess I miss the service I've had before at other locations which kept me coming back but understand changes made for more business aspects. Don't feel that this location has anything that sets it apart from any other coffee shop. I'd prefer to drive out of town to another location for the experience or just to another shop.

The lines are too long.... The location is either understaffed or move too slow for the demand. Line took over 20 minutes for no reason.. It would be easier for you to drive out of your way to another location. Normally Dutch Bros coffee is the only place I will go, but this location is just not up to par. I have been other locations and the lines have been just as long and have been taking care of in less than half the time.

This place is always fast and usually friendly. We did have a wrong drink and the girl who made it was really snotty about it being wrong when we came back up to the walk up window. Everyone else has always been super friendly.

Been here a few times but I am not a coffee person. I will say that their Oat Milk hot chocolate is DELICIOUS! The staff has always been very friendly and the line move pretty quick.

The first two times I ordered coffee here it was a great experience despite the long wait time. I went there a few days ago and tried to order a sugar free jelly donut. I was told only the syrup can be sugar free which was fine. Then the guy asks me at the window if I want coffee in it. This was confusing because I assumed it was coffee (Unless I’m confused). The drink was way over blended and was an ice coffee instead of a freeze. My 1 star rating however, isn’t because of one bad experience. My rating is due to the fact no one was wearing gloves. I could see a guy in the back spraying whipped cream on drinks without gloves, a different guy handing out drinks in the driveway no gloves, and then again at the window no gloves. I would feel more comfortable if they would wear gloves, especially now. Other than that the coffee is damn good.

They always try to talk to much, just because you have had your 10 espresso shots doesnt mean im ready to have a convo at 6 am before I get mine. Other then that wonderful service, great people and great coffee, another wonderful addiction! Love the app, free drinks all the time...

All I can say is I wish they had more than one Dutch Brothers in Greeley because we need it the line most of the time is out the driveway and a few cars up the street however having said that they have a couple three people walking up to the cars to make things move along faster. I had never been to Dutch Brothers until I came to Greeley and I didn't know what I was missing but I would now if I move to another location that didn't have one. In the wintertime my favorite drink for winter is the oat Thai hot delicious delicious coffee and so far in the summer I'm addicted to the Blended Coco MO with whipped cream and if you love your pastry ask them for what they have on hand it's all good no I changed my mind it's all great!

My favorite place to go! I love the Cold Brew.. yes it comes in a can but I just ask for it iced with soft top. I like it this way because it’s consistent. It always tastes the same. Some places use a cold brew concentrate syrup and that’s gross! Staff are always super friendly and if a drink is ever made wrong they will replace it kindly.
