Dutch Bros Coffee

If you are going to have someone walk around taking orders it would be helpful to have a small menu available to be able to look at and pick something as I was new. I was advised to look at the menu online and the order taker continued to take all other orders that wrapped around the building and didn't come back and I was already at the pickup window. Ended up going to Starbucks.

Was having a bad day and the person who took my order was nice and I just love Dutch Bros. And the coffee was literally one of the best I've ever had.

Dutch Bros is by far the best coffee shop I've been to and I've been to a lot. I used to go to Starbucks, but they don't compare to Dutch Bros. The service is incredible! You never have to go to Dutch Bros and wonder if you're getting a rude employee or a half decent one. All the employees are always so friendly and fantastic at their job. The drinks are incredible and the selection doesn't disappoint! I have zero complaints.

You always see a heinous line outside Dutch Bros Coffee, right? And you probably wonder if the coffee is THAT good or worth waiting in line for. The easy answer is, yes! Totally worth it! I don't always have the time to wait in a line, so I usually stop in when I see that the line is shorter. They usually have someone outside taking orders, so the line really isn't too bad.
Because of dietary restrictions, I can't always have the sweet frothy drinks, but the staff has always been helpful at recommendations and substitutions. I'm currently enjoying a recommendation from one of the staff and it's delicious!

My only wish is to have locations in the area. The wait can be killer. It's not because they're slow. It's because they're great and get incredibly busy.

Always a super friendly staff and upbeat visit. The atmosphere they create has been known to literally turn my day around. While very popular and an almost nonstop line they've developed a great system to keep it moving pretty quickly while being above and beyond friendly even in the bitter cold. Recently I did not like a new drink I ordered for myself and went back to buy another as a replacement. They remembered me and replaced my drink at no charge to make sure I had something I liked. Exceptional customer service always!

Dutch Bros is life. These people know their customer. I love everything about them. All beverages are superior

Dutch bros is my go to. I like them better Then other chains. This location is decent, there are better. It’s clean and staff for the most part is friendly, and energetic, but there are a few odd ducks. The only thing I don’t like about this location is that the drinks are not consistent. Though good I never get the same drink though I order the same drink.

Tip: Don’t get anything with nitro, they short the drink and add ice as it comes from a can. Medium you get the same amount as the large.
