This restaurant is perfect! Great covid protocols, amazing food, and a perfect indie atmosphere. We had the best quiche we've ever had, as well as the smoothest latte ever. I used to be a barista, and the latte was incredible. They also have great bacon and avocado toast! This place is expensive, but well worth it for the atmosphere and the very fresh and healthy food. 11/10 would come back!

Hipster coffee house cafe with limited menu and high prices. Some gluten free items. Toast is served dry with no butter or jam. Nice spot, if that's what you're looking for. We were looking for a full breakfast before a full day of driving. This was not the place.

This place was a great stop for coffee and breakfast. Clean and quiet environment, had Katie as our server and she was amazing. I had the cold brew along with the French press. Both had great flavor. I highly recommend this place and support your local businesses!

Stopped in for their gluten free breakfast. It was delicious! I got their traditional breakfast of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and gf toast. The toast was great! But they have even more gf breakfast options than just that. I even got myself a gf chocolate muffin. The coffee was tasty as well. Great, cozy place.

Bluebird Café was a lifesaver for me as a traveling vegan - the plant-based bagel sandwich was delicious (so much so that I had it for breakfast and then came back to have it for lunch on the same day). I really appreciated that it was packed full of plant-based protein (including Just Egg and Beyond sausage!), which can be so hard to find in small towns while traveling. The atmosphere inside the café was warm and friendly, as were the people working there! I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Glenwood Springs.

Worst customer service experience in quite a while. Two angsty teenagers who seemed very inconvenienced by our presence. Only thing that kept me from commenting on their attitudes was not wanting my food spit in.
Baked goods in the front display were minimal and all from the prior day.
Only gave two stars because the avocado toast was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t go back because of the service though.

Very artsy and unique. Staff was amazing and friendly. Coffees and breakfast was fantastic. They had some delicious looking Quiches but we went with the Avocado Toast and it was on the money.

Amazing breakfast and coffee with a great view of Main street

Food is okay but this is not how you make a foam for cappuccino. Please watch some videos on youtube how to make foam for cappuccino.

The food was great. It came out quickly and was well prepared. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I ordered or paid for and they refused to refund the difference for the missing items… and the chef argued that it was what I paid for. I walked out. Just wanted eggs and toast after six hours on the road… never going back.🤘🖕🖕
P.S. I had pre-tipped 25% at order. Thanks for appreciating me ladies. Such an epic bfast disappointment…
