I Scream Gelato - Frisco

When I came here the line was out the door! But I could not have been happier with the experience I had today. The girl scooping the gelato was working so hard and so was everyone else working. Even though some customers were rude to them they continued to be patient and nice. Not to mention the gelato was excellent! I highly suggest anyone come here, just be prepared for a line, some great gelato, and some awesome service!

This gelato makes me feel like I am eating it in Italy. It is the best gelato in the states.

This is the BEST place to go when you want some high quality gelato!! This place is the literal vibe with great music, atmosphere, and the BEST customer service. Would totally recommend!!!

Gelato was okay and the milkshake was disappointing. Way too much milk and and not enough gelato. It was more like a very expensive cup of Oreo flavored milk.

This gelato was amazing! Irene has fantastic customer service. she was very helpful gave me samples to make sure I liked everything I ordered. Highly recommend this place! Thank you. will be back soon!

Great tasting gelato! As I sit inside the shop and watch the girl working. She is the only one here and she is wearing the same gloves that she takes money and gives change and then scoops more ice cream. She never changes her gloves. She was just digging through the tip jar for coins and then hands a cone to a customer all with the same gloves. This is disgusting!

One of the best coffee (better than Starbucks). Great gelato and milk shake. Everything we tried was just awesome. Also quick service and good experience. Beautiful shop.
