Amazing gelato. We got the mint chocolate chip and the cheesecake. Both would recommend. Service was also great despite them being so busy. The workers were very pleasant and gracious. Well worth the wait.

Great flavors and service. They always have about 4 flavors of nondairy ice cream for my Vegan family!

YUM. Gorgeous presentation and delicious gelato. Super clean too! I'll definitely be coming back.

First visit and was very impressed. My wife got strawberry and I got chocolate. When I tasted her strawberry I thought she she clearly got the best, but then I tasted my chocolate and it was very good. My point … they have several excellent flavors.

Oh, these were amazing. I forgot which flavors we got, but they were all so good. They allow sampling, but it was tough tough to decide what to order because they were all good!

Super cute place, great for the family. Our girls loved it!

I tried the dairy free gelato (lemon). It was good but nothing superb. Service was mediocre. A bit on the pricey side.

I live on Frisco Main Street, and have frequented the Frisco location since the day it opened. Since the night they opened, it’s been my girlfriend and I’s almost nightly ritual to get a bubble waffle after dinner for dessert, as we live three doors down and my girlfriend’s father was the developer that built the building that they occupy. After being told for the last four nights in a row that they were out of batter for the waffles, we tried our luck again tonight, and the employee told me “we’re always going to be out of batter for the last hour we’re open.”
Not only does that not make sense logistically, as a trained chef I know that raw batter can be prepped and stored in a cooler overnight so they have no reason not to prep batter for the next shift . This means that either your employees are either intentionally allowing the batter to run out early so they don’t have to make waffles or bubble waffles or pancakes for the last hour every night, or they’re flat out lying to customers to their face. Either one is both a poor reflection of character and customer service, and it’s a shame that management allows such things. Even more of a shame that my girlfriend and I will no longer be customers in the building that her family business designed and built, unless something changes drastically about the staff.
