Menu variety was not good, took 30 min to get a sandwich and burrito. They kept forgetting to get us our drinks, then after we waited for our drinks, told us they were out of what we ordered and brought us something else without ice, because they were also out of that. There was no AC inside and it was unbearably hot and stuffy, so we had to wait for one of the few tables available outside. I was definitely bummed about the whole experience.

Fantastic food. The Buck's Benidict is flavorful and plesently original. Very nice local cafe.

Green Chile review. The soup was bright green color and I felt it needed more pork. The consistency was pleasing. The garnish of cilantro, cheese and tortilla chips added some crunch and freshness. The flavor was a little smoky for my taste. Overall not bad I would eat it again but not my favorite. However coffee cinnamon rolls and the Bloody Mary was excellent.

Simply put, this cafe used to be a nice, quaint little spot for anyone looking to have a coffee or a quick bite to eat in a historic location. However, much of the aesthetic that once made this cafe a unique and one-of-a-kind place to go to has now unfortunately gone away. In its place is cheap, overpriced food from a bland menu that you'd sooner find at a crummy food truck. The coffee, while roasted on site and cheaper than what you would usually find elsewhere, is just not up to par with nearly anyone else in town. The atmosphere of the building has also lost much of its personal touch that once made The Muddy Buck so amazing in the past, becoming dull and uncharacteristic rather than being special and inimitable. Overall, it has been pretty disappointing to see what has happened to this once fine and entertaining establishment, and I can only hope that it can return to what it once was. I would recommend going to Java Groove across the street or to The Bread Lounge up the street instead.

Amazing atmosphere in dim cozy old building. Coffee is pretty good. But the cinnamon rolls are the best I've had. Staff is friendly. The wait is a little longer than usual, but you will forget about it when your looking around the room.

Yummy brunch of their scrumptious cinnamon roll and muddy chai. Excellent, friendly, quick service.

My wife and I shared an avacado toast, while sitting outside enjoying the Colorado sun and watching the world go by. It was very tasty. If you are in a hurry, don't come here and use ur app to order togo. If you are in the back of a long queue, expect it to take a bit to get your drink or food. If your lucky and walk up to an empty counter, the food and drink comes out pretty fast.

This quaint coffee and pastry shop in the heart of Evergreen is a true gem! I love sitting in the back of the house with friends and fam, having coffee and yucking it up! I never go through Evergreen without stopping by for a sip

Wonderful coffee shop located in the historic Evergreen Hotel building. The coffee is really good here as they roast their own beans. They have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch food. The vegetarian sandwich would have been great but I think the sprouts were a little stale last time I tried it. The BLTA was excellent. Very tasty!

Great coffee and awesome history in the building. Held a bridal party with 4 different severe food allergies, service was very friendly and accommodating and the staff preparing our food did great not cross contaminating and serving everyone safe food. Others mention a wait time, however there's water and mints if you're starving, and great inside and outside choices of seating which makes the wait easy. Plus they are dog friendly on the deck. Only down side is they are closed Mondays, love this place!
