Mocha Angelo's

This dude was a joy to talk too! Knows his hot sauces very well and gave some great suggestions. We grabbed some Sinful Delight coffee from the brand he sells in store, and it was probably the best I have ever had! Deep notes of chocolate. I'm hooked. The store has jams, jellies, salsas and pickled stuff on top of what I mentioned but also has a full coffee shop in the back. Very cool shop!

My husband and I came in on our vacation from Texas. I very much enjoyed my Americano and the owner was a super interesting fella, My husband and I enjoyed talking to him and he even let me pour my own heavy cream because I had a very specific amount Iike.

If I could put zero stars, I would. The only reason this guy is in business is because he’s on a Main Street in town. People walking down the street and wanting a coffee are not going to check the ratings before they walk in. I’ve seen so many 1-star ratings with people saying the same thing. This guy is rude! I have to believe he is the owner, because if he was just an employee, he would have been fired long ago. As one other Rater said, I should have walked out without paying after he made my Espresso. Maybe I’ll go back and do just that!

Excellent shopping experience & the beverages, food items were wonderful! Nice staff, busy, professional. This wonderful place is definitely worth a return (as we did numerous times during our last trip) visit! Just thinking of Mocha Angelo’s bring a ready smile! PS- it’s also a popular place with 2 coworkers- smart people 🤗

I forget exactly what coffee I ordered, but it was delicious. The owner (I assume) made it right in front of me while talking to us and actively engaging us in conversation. We walked around the store and looked at the vast assortment of hot sauces. There were about 20-30 sauces/salsas/jellies/jams set out to sample along with chips and crackers. The hot sauces were arranged in order from very mild to extremely hot. The owner came out and engaged with us and spoke about the various sauces we were trying.

Cool setup in the shop. This “tea house” didn’t have any iced tea to serve. Apparently, too many people complained about the taste so the guy won’t make it anymore. The drinks are inconsistent. This place has potential but we will never go back due to poor customer service.

When you go into the store, it seems really friendly at first. The owner has samples of every hot sauce he owns, and has several bowls of crackers specifically provided for sampling. Additionally, the owner has put up no signs about a tasting limit. After me and my girlfriend tried 3 samples each, the owner picked up every last sample and bowl of crackers and scolded us for causing him to "lose money" by excessive sampling. I tell everyone I know not to use this store.

MA’s is a favorite stop of mine for Hot Sauce and an assortment of other unique foods. Richard knows my drink, and makes my Chocolate Americano spot on every time!

I was in this shop a couple of days ago. A dark haired, heavy set guy was behind the counter. He initially appeared unhappy or very tired when I came in. I was the only customer. When I came to the counter, I placed my order of a single coffee. When I went to pay, he responded in a disguested tone, “yet another credit card.” He never smiled at any point and his attitude was poor the whole time. I wish I had thought more quickly and just left the coffee on the counter and said, “If my money isn’t good enough for you, your establishment isn’t good enough for me.” Oh well, hindsight, right?! Well, I am a local and won’t visit this shop again. There are many other options for coffee in this town.

My girlfriend and a bunch of friends were in this shop looking at and trying the samples of the jelly and hot sauce. My girlfriend and I were talking about buying a certain jelly.

That was until the shop owner walked over and asked if he could help us with anything. "Anything at all" in an aggressive manor. He then proceeded to pull all the samples and put them behind the counter. He made it uncomfortable and we all left. He lost a purchase in the process.

Don't put samples out if you don't want us sampling.
