Humble Coffee

This coffee hut is amazing. Best lattes in town. I've gone here for years. The staff is always very friendly, and I've had some great chats with them. If you're in the neighborhood, you've got to stop by Humble Coffee. 😋 If you're farther away, then make that drive across town!

Blown away on the quality! Local loose leaf tea made to order and extra tasty coffee! Hidden and small but it only has to go. Still worth the trip every single time

Hands down THE BEST coffee in the Springs, and quite possibly Colorado. After moving away and coming back, I can confirm that they have the flavors, recipes, and service down. Everyone they hire is genuine and full of life. Top notch drinks with stellar service won’t disappoint. Buzzy bee with oat milk and regular espresso is where it’s at.

Ended up going to this coffee shop because the place I normally go to when visiting the springs wasn’t open before 9 am on Sunday, and I am so glad I did! Excellent service. Lattes were delicious and made perfectly. Worth the money. This is the kind of shop I love supporting. We will be back!

Update: l have tried nearly all the drinks here and all have been wonderful. I was never a daily coffee drinker, just whenever I'm out shopping but the coffee is so good here and the owners are just a joy and upbeat start to my day that I find myself wanting to go there every day.
Very nice little coffee shop, it'll be my "go to" from now on for coffee. Employees were very friendly and charming and I love the blends/variety of different beverages they have.

I'm a fan of minimalist, I love coffee, and I celebrate off center thinking. Humble Bee does it all, if you've been frequenting the other local drive thru coffee franchise, (or the multi-national one) which has lost my business because of inconsistent cups, you will be happy here, their menu is creative, daring and fun. Their bean is not overly bitter so it blends into their creation in a fantastic way. I will make a return visit here without a doubt, you should check it out too.

First time trying this place! Really enjoyed trying something new I got the Poker has blackberry in it! They have a lot of flavors and options.. really good if you want something different from your everyday😊
