Building Three Coffee

This is the best coffee in the springs. Unique latte flavors, delicious espresso, friendly staff, delicious food. My new favorite place to study at, or just to grab a delicious latte.

Couldn’t recommend any more highly! Great pour overs and dog friendly. I only wish they were in Denver instead of the springs. Worth a visit if you’re even near the springs.

Excellent place for some great coffee. The lighting is fantastic, and the setting is perfect for meeting friends, reading, or getting a little work done. They do not have lower-fat milk, but they do have a ton of non-dairy options.

I just came in on a recommendation from friends at Urban Steam and Storybook Brewing (I've been in before, but never stayed and really enjoyed my coffee --usually just meet people here briefly), and I had a cup of Salvadoreño coffee on drip. The coffee is a fantastic washed, mediumish roast, with up front pepper and subtle fruit. Previous experiences yielded good espresso-based drinks. No snobbery, just craft. Pricing is downright low (except maybe compared to Story Coffee Co).

The barista was so kind as to tell me about the coffee, the business, the roasters/owners and the bean importer for this coffee. The owner recognized me from a previous job and even remembered my name (I was unable to return either kindness).

The ambiance here is pleasant; there is room for socialising at a community table or among couches, and there are smaller tables lining the walls appropriate for getting some work done behind the gentle hum of the goings-on. It's about 1:30, and it's fairly full of people, with a slow but steady stream of new guests coming in the door. The location in the Lincoln School is ideal.

One of the best things about Colorado Springs is the Lincoln Center. It is filled with good food, drinks, and people. Building Three Coffee is always clean and operated by a happy team. Love this place!

Excellent cup of coffee and beautiful presentation. I had a seasonal flavor added to my Latte Maple bourbon honey. Really enjoyed my cup. My company was the best- ladies Galentines. The shop had flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines right in the hall by vendors. This is an old school converted to shops. Will visit here regularly.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop. Large tables and WiFi that allow you to sit and get work done. Good coffee and a friendly staff.

Even if you are the only person in line it takes them 15 min to make a cup of coffee. They move like half asleep. The place isn't full either
