Building Three Coffee is one of the greatest quality coffee shops and roasters that Colorado Springs has ever had. And we’ve had quite a few!
Absolutely must visit whether you live here, or you’re passing through!

Good drinks, but the baristas are often too busy chatting to actually get the drinks to the customers in a reasonable time.

I love that the Springs has more local cafes. Cool spot located in an old, repurposed elementary school. Inviting space, friendly staff, and a great pour overs. A great spot to hit just before heading next door for a haircut. The breakfast burrito is super tasty and goes well with the latte. Often quite lively. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Free WiFi, too.

The rosemary rooibos is heaven on earth. This place is my all time favorite place to hang out, relax, study, think, journal, take a moment... you'll love it too.

Great coffee & atmosphere. I came here for a work meeting and it didn’t feel too busy or loud.

Fabulous latte (the seasonal vanilla bourbon syrup is perfect!) and all the baristas were so nice and friendly. Great overall experience.
