LOVE THIS COFFEE. Since leaving the Pacific North West 7 years ago I’ve missed having good coffee anytime I want. Anytime I went back to visit family in Vancouver I’d stop and black rock. And now I’m able to get it anytime I want!

The barista lied to me when I questioned her about it but shorted the espresso in the drink she made me this past Tuesday night. Her mistake was combining the milk and espresso in a separate container at a greater volume than the target cup required, thus, leaving espresso in the mixing cup and rendering my drink mild after I paid for an extra shot. Also, because of where the espresso machine is located in relation to the drive thru window... I watched her do this.. then lie to me about.

I got a white mocha with black berry. The espresso is flavorful but not acidic, not a lot of froth in the milk so you get a lot of actual product for the price, super friendly, sociable staff even with the insane crowds of opening day.

Absolutely love this place! I went because of the opening week events of free coffee and gear. The service was crazy fast despite the line, and everyone was incredibly kind. It was a super fun and exciting vibe. I've already gone multiple times.

I've had four different drinks here and each time asked for half-sweet. I really need to ask for 1/4 sweet. I can't imagine what these must be full-strength!! I came in for ☕ and I got 🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭. 🤪 I'm sure once I order right, I'll love the coffee.

There's a long blonde haired girl shes tall thinish in there that looks like she might be a shift supervisor or a manager but shes very rude . Every time i go in there and ask questions about the coffee or get coffee she has attitude towards me and my co workers and we work across the parking lot. I was a barista for 4 years i helped open 3 different Starbucks and was a shift supervisor . I get it early, mornings are hard but she needs to be talked to about her attitude towards customers and she needs to mature.

Coffee is good. But, does not have the same amenities I come to expect from a coffee house: stopped in to have a coffee while I did some work, very few wall sockets to use for computers and WIFI firewall is so restrictive it basically only lets you visit Google or facebook. I couldn't get my work done and had to go to another coffee place to get any work done...kinda sad to have a cool place with good coffee that's not set up for your target customers.

Thought I’d give the hype a try! Hype is all it is. Walk in and the music is really loud blasting club tunes. Hope you’re not looking for a spot to get work done or have a lunch convo. Had to repeat myself multiple times while ordering! I ordered exactly what I always get at other coffee shops. “Small extra shot extra hot whole milk latte”. My wife ordered a hot chocolate. My drink tasted like it was half water. My wife’s they completely forgot to add the coco. When I went back in it took 6 mins to get it right. In the process someone spewed hot water over the entire bar area and half the people waiting in line! Finally the hot chocolate was ready. My wife’s review is this: “tastes like chocolate flavored corn syrup”.
Not a very good first impressions. I may give it another shot in a year or two!

Very nice and clean coffee shop. Convenient drive thru. A bit pricey, but isn't everything these days?

I've used the drive-thru four times now, and here are my observations.
Pros:
-Great coffee flavors
-Friendly employees
-Pricing is what you'd expect
-I like the rewards program
Cons:
-You won't get a sleeve for your cup unless you remember to ask for one before you drive off.
-If you don't ask for a sleeve the cup will be uncomfortably hot for your hand.
-When you do finally remember to ask for a sleeve, the coffee suddenly won't be hot enough.
-I won't order the pastries anymore. I was given a sweaty-looking muffin top from the basket that had been sitting outside the drive-thru window. It looked and smelled gross.
-I dislike anyplace that hands me an iPad to complete the sale (basically begging for a tip).
So, after several tries, I don't think I'll make this my go-to coffee place necessarily, but I'll be back occasionally.
