The best coffee I’ve ever had! I love the muffins and the burritos as well! This place is awesome! Spencer is also super attentive and a wonderful barista!!! The prices are amazing as well! Cheaper than Starbucks! I love this place!!!

Great coffee shop on our trip. The breakfast burrito and coffee were delicious and flavorful. Will definitely stop by the next time we're in town!

Nice little cafe / rock climbing gear shop in run down strip mall with some rough spots to work out. There's parking out front, but a sign that it only applies to the other two stores in the strip mail. Three tables - one large shared one, one small very high two top with tall stools, one low one with a couple of short couches. No outdoor seating. Free wi-fi with password you ask for. A couple of outlets. They do their own chai lattes from hand ground spices. Spicing is a bit too gingery, but otherwise good. Not too outrageously sweetened. However, the green tea was weirdly bitter.

Had a fantastic dirty iced chai with oat milk and happily perused some climbing gear and guide books while getting recommendations from the owner about great climbing and adventuring nearby!

I enjoyed my visit to Cafe Belay today, and plan on going back again!

I worked there for the day and enjoyed:
-gluten free vegan blueberry muffins are moist, dense, and bomb!
-made-in-house kombucha is flavorful and nuanced
-chai is blended in house and lighter and not too punchy
-fruit smoothie was great (banana based with options for mango, strawberries, blueberries, and/or pineapple)
-salad was outstanding! fresh greens topped with sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and house-made dressing (which was phenominal), definitely my favorite of the day

The internet was good, and I was getting 40 Mbps download, 7-10 Mbps upload.

Absolutely amazing shop. He opened up not too long ago and man! His food is amazing, his drinks are top tier. And the best part everything is so clean and shiny also he's incredibly nice. Definitely better than Starbucks!

This place is awesome. Came to canon city to do some climbing and stoped here while it was raining. Extremely friendly owner who focuses a ton on quality and taste. We’ll be coming here every time we’re in town.

As someone who almost ALWAYS adds some kind of cream or sweetener to my coffee, I was blown away by Cafe Belay cold brew. You can actually taste flavor notes, no burnt acidic taste, and it’s amazing to drink just black. Highly recommend! The owner is super sweet and chill, too.
