Big ol piece of well cooked salmon on the Benedict.
Hollandaise was excellent, scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, poached eggs were done well, green chili was great.

A recommendation from a Leadville local, we drove to Buena Vista to have breakfast at Roosters Crow. We are SO glad we did! My wife and I both had the Rafter Skillet, and enjoyed every bite of it!
Our son had French Toast and scrambled eggs. He's a picky eater, and said it was very good.
A SOLID 5 stars, I'd give 10 if I could.

Food was mediocre at best. My 3 person family was seated in a storage closet when there were open tables in the dining room. We were told that it would be 45 minutes for food to be at the table as they were busy. It took all of an hour and a half for food to show up.
